The entity SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. with social domicile at Parque Comercial La Estrella - La
Mareta 35212 – Telde and CIF A35474832, hereafter (IKEA), organizes the Småland Passport,
with the purpose of giving benefits and thanks the children that visit the Småland playrooms
on a regular basis. This fidelity card, hereafter “Småland Passport” is ruled by the following
terms and conditions.
1. PURPOSE
Through this card, personal and non-transferable, the owners can obtain prizes. Minors
between 3 and 10 years old can be owners of the Småland passport. The purpose of the
Småland passport is exclusively promotional, without it being understood as a payment
method. The card is free, without any cost to the user.
2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope.
3. REQUIREMENTS TO BE A SMÅLAND PASSPORT OWNER
This passport is addressed to children between 3 and 10 years old, that must always be
accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian.
To obtain the Småland Passport, it is essential that the father, mother or legal guardian
authorizes its reception at the Småland playrooms. The room personnel will be the one to
offer the passport or request it to seal their visit.
For the Passport to be valid, the father, mother or legal guardian must compulsory fill all the
required fields.
4. OPERATION
Each time the minor owner of the Småland Passport ends their visit at the Småland playroom,
the personnel will seal one of the passport fields with a stamp to verify their visit.
When the owner of the Småland Passport completes the 8 stamped fields, the playroom’s
personnel will specify in the card the date to proceed to exchange the prize.
If the owner of the Småland Passport does not have it with them at the moment of completing
a visit at Småland, the field will not be stamped, and it will not be counted as done action.
The prize can be exchanged by the mother, father or legal guardian of the minor at the
provided area, crediting their identity and delivering the passport. Once the 8 stamps are
completed, there is a period of 2 weeks to exchange the prize, counting from the date of the
last stamp.
The passports will be delivered to the children when entering the Småland playroom or
through the room personnel.
- They will always be offered or requested to the families that show it.
- In the case they do not have it, deliver a new one.
5. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The present promotion will be started the 1st of October 2025 and it will be valid indefinitely,
while SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. does not end said promotion.
It will be understood as finished when SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. decides not to continue with
the promotion, and communicates it so, being the valid media for that the web, social media
or billboards at the store.
6. OWNER’S OBLIGATIONS
The registration as owner of the Småland Passport is personal and the exercise of all the rights
it brings are personal, non-transferable, and limited to what has been established in the
present conditions.
Once the card is removed at the Småland playrooms, the owner can use it from that moment.
The card will be delivered to the client for free and it will not have an expiration date.
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify the procedure and conditions of its
affiliation, previously informing the clients through the same broadcast mediums of the
present conditions.
7. PASSPORT LOSS
In case of losing the Passport, the father/mother or legal guardian can request a new one at
the Småland playrooms, that will be delivered without preserving the points
accumulated in the lost card.
8. IF THE OWNER FORGETS THEIR PASSPORT
If at a Småland visit the owner forgets their passport, the father, mother or legal guardian can
request a new one. The visits’ count will be started from scratch in the new delivered passport
and will not be cumulative to the forgotten passport.
9. PASSPORT PHYSICAL FORMAT
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify the format of the Småland passport
and reprint the Passports in a set period.
10. PRIZES
The owner of the Småland Passport will obtain a prize when they get 8 stamps
after their visits at the Småland playrooms.
During the months of October, November, December 2025, they can choose
their prize among the following products:
some of the prizes are not available, they will not be substituted by another one.

remitted to common law. Conditions will be available during the period in which the
