Applies to all the physical people that purchase living room items the nights of the 28th and 29th of November 2024 at nighttime from 22:00hs to 9:00hs. Said people will get a voucher valued in the 10% of their purchase for living room items. You can use the voucher from 03/12/2024 to 31/12/2024 in online purchases, store or IKEA Point and at the teleordering service.

Promotion: 10% in purchase voucher in living room items.
Date of promotion: the nights of the 28th and 29th of November 2024 (22:00hs to 9:00hs).
Minimum purchase amount to get the voucher: 80€.
Date of voucher exchange: 03/12/2024 al 31/12/2024.
Definition of living room items:

• Sofas, sleeper sofas, armchairs and footstools.
• Living room furniture (coffe tables and side tables, display cabinets, tv and media furniture, bookcases, sideboards, system cabinets).

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS

PROMOTION NON-CUMULATIVE TO OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS
If on a same online purchase invoice coincide two or more promotion of this nature, you will get by email the purchase voucher of higher amount that you can use at the store, IKEA Point or web. The purchase voucher will not be refundable nor reactivable nor transferable to anyone.

VALIDITY OF THE PURCHASE VOUCHERS
The purchase vouchers have two validity dates.
Date of promotion: Range of promotion validity
Date to exchange the voucher: Date range in which the client will be able to use said voucher online or on-site (store or pick-up point). The voucher can be exchanged in just one purchase.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Online purchase voucher promotions might be subjected to special conditions like minimum purchase amount or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected on the promotion and in the conditions of the promotion.
The exchange of the online purchase voucher will never produce a new purchase voucher.

VOUCHER RECEPTION
The client will get the purchase vouucher via email once the purchase invoice has been emitted and validated.

These ONLINE Promotions are valid are valid in the portal www.islas.ikea.es during the time specified in the communication.
 

4. PARTICIPANTS

All physical people that make and pay for the purchase of living room items at www.islas.ikea.es and/or IKEA Inspire App from the day 28/11/2024 until 29/11/2024 during nighttime (from 22:00hs to 9:00hs).
Excludes delivery and assembly services, and items from the IKEA FOOD area.
 

5. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data that the clients provide us to participate in the present promotion will be kept in a data archive, owned by SARTON CANARIAS S.A., domiciled. Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 whose purpose is bringing you information about the products and services we offer in any of the companies of the IKEA group whose activities are related with the furniture and decoration sectors, food, finance products, insurances, telecommunications, delivery and assembly, and any other offers that might be of your interest, including, those regarding said products, sending commercial communications via email or by any other equivalent communication mean (like SMS, postal mail) as well as making telephone calls. When you register and leave your data you expressly authorize us to send said communications. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time regarding your personal data, as well as removing the given consent or oppose to the treatment of said data to send you commercial communications. 6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS 

The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies with he interpretation of said conditions, they will be remitted to common law. Conditions will be available during the period in which the promotions are valid at the IKEA SPANISH ISLANDS stores and the web www.islas.ikea.es. Any breach in the compliance of the present conditions or any fraudulent use of the discount and purchase vouchers, will mean the rightfully deprivation or deactivation of the promotion. The advantages acquired during the campaigns that do not comply with the general present conditions will become null and have no compensation at all and will lead to its immediate cancellation and SARTON CANARIAS SA will annulate all purchase vouchers and fidelity used fraudulently. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. also reserves the right to raise legal actions against any conflictive User.
