A great gift for the mom chef
If mom loves cooking and enjoys spending family time in the kitchen, we bring you a very special gift. A recipe for delicious cocoa and mint truffles to cook together and have a great time.
Receta para aproximadamente 16 trufas; tiempo: 15 min de preparación + 1/2 horas de reposo. Una combinación de sabores tan clásica como irresistible.
Ingredientes:
- 4 CS de té de menta
- 20 gr de mantequilla
- 2 CS de cacao en polvo
- 300 gr CHOKLAD MÖRK 70%
- 2 dl de crema de leche o leche de avena
Preparación:
1. En una sartén pequeña, calentar la leche o crema de leche sin llevar al punto de ebullición y añadir 2 CS del té. Retirar del fuego y dejar reposar durante 4-5 minutos.
2. Mientras tanto, trocea el chocolate y colócalo en un recipiente. Derretir el chocolate al baño maría.
3. Añadir la crema de leche infusionada al chocolate fundido a través de un colador para que no se mezcle con las hojas de té. Con una espátula mezclar la crema de leche con el chocolate hasta que quede una textura suave.
4. Mezclar la mezcla del chocolate y la crema de leche con la mantequilla.
5. Verter en un recipiente de medio de capacidad y cubrir. Dejar reposar en la nevera hasta que el chocolate se endurezca durante 1/2 horas.
6. Con la azuda de un mazo y un mortero, moler las 2 CS de té restantes y mezclar con el cacao en polvo. Cuando el chocolate esté listo, usar una cuchara para dar forma a las trufas. Crear una bola con las manos hasta que la textura del chocolate se ablande y pasar por la mezcla de cacao en polvo y té. Servir inmediatamente o dejar reposar durante 30 minutos hasta que la textura quede más suave.
- Nota. Las trufas se pueden conservar en un recipiente hermético en la nevera hasta 3 días.
