The purchase voucher amount will be calculated applying the 10% over the amount of the items included in the promotion, acquired during the promotional period.
1. PROMOTION’S CONDITIONS ON ONLINE PURCHASE VOUCHER
Promotion not combinable with other purchase voucher promotions.
If on the same online purchase two or more purchase voucher promotions coincide, only the promotions that generates the bigger voucher amount will be applied.
The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivable nor transferable to anyone.
Purchase voucher validity
The purchase voucher can be used from 03/11/2026 until 03/12/2026, both included.
The purchase voucher can be used in a single purchase both at the web, app or stores and points IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands. The unused voucher amount will not be paid and will not entitle to any compensation.
Special and general conditions
Purchase voucher promotions can be subjected to special conditions, like minimum purchase amounts or the acquisition of certain items. These conditions will be specified in the communication and the conditions of every promotion.
Using a purchase voucher never generate a new purchase voucher.
Receiving the voucher
The purchase voucher will be sent to the email address associated to the order once the purchase has been billed and validated, in a maximum period of 7 days.
Returns
In case of total or partial return of the items that have generated the purchase voucher, IKEA reserves the right to cancel the purchase voucher totally or proportionally, as appropriate.
If the purchase voucher has already been used, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
Termination and prevention of abuse. The purchase voucher generated for the present promotion is subject to the completion of the underlying purchase. In case of total or partial return, annulment or cancellation of the items that have generated the purchase voucher, said voucher will be automatically annulled, or its amount will be reduce proportionally to the value of the returned items, regardless of whether the voucher has already been fully or partially used in another purchase. In that case, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. can claim the participant the corresponding amount or to compensate it, where applicable, with the amounts to be reimbursed to them because of the return.
Delivery, assembly or other additional services hired will not be subject to return or refund once executed, except in the case of a defect or breach attributable to SARTON CANARIAS, S.A.

The promotion will be valid for purchases made on the geographical scope of Canary and Balearic Islands through the website www.islas.ikea.es and IKEA Inspire app, within the commercial scope of SARTON CANARIAS, S.A.
4. PARTICIPANTS
All individuals over 18 that make purchases online through www.islas.ikea.es and/or IKEA Inspire app during the promotional period and within the time slot established in the present conditions can participate in the promotion.
Every purchase that complies with the promotional conditions will give right to a single purchase voucher, with no limit on the number of purchases that the same person can make during the promotional period.
The promotion will not be applicable to delivery and assembly services or items from the IKEA FOOD area.
