- When placing your order, you can choose the date and time slot you prefer to pick it up.
- The first available slot will be starting from on Thursday (subject to availability and opening hours).
- On the selected day, you will receive an SMS to confirm your visit.
If you confirm your visit via SMS
- We will prepare your purchase before you arrive so you can pick it up quickly without waiting.
- Upon confirmation, we will reserve a space for your order in our pickup area. Therefore, it is important that you come on the confirmed day.
- If you ultimately cannot come on the confirmed day, we will have to cancel the order.
If you do not confirm your visit via SMS
- You have 3 days to pick up your purchase.
- When you arrive, let us know and we will prepare your order. In this case, you will have to wait while we prepare and deliver it to you.

What do you need to pick up your purchase?
To pick up your order, you only need to present:

Identity document (DNI/NIE/Passport).

Proof of purchase or invoice (physical or digital format).

The card used for payment.
Is someone else picking it up for you?
They must bring a signed written authorization from you showing the full name and ID (DNI) of the owner, as well as the full name and ID of the authorized person, an identity document, the invoice, and the payment card.
REMEMBER
Once we have notified you, you have 3 days to come and collect your purchase. After that time, we will be forced to cancel your order.
Parcel delivery service
Buy as many items as you want with the symbol
Select Parcel Delivery and add as many small and medium size items as you want to your purchase. There is no limit of items, so click and receive them at home comfortably.
