The entity VENTAJON S.A., is doing a contest that will end by the celebration of a giveaway under the following conditions:
The prize of the giveaway will be (1) one purchase voucher for IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands valued at 600€. The purchase voucher can be used as a payment method on the purchase of any product of IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands (except the products of the restuarant, Swedish Food Market, external services like Transportation, Installment, IKEA SPECIALIST or IKEA DESIGN). The purchase voucher is not accumulable to other promotions nor exchangeable in cash as deposit or delivery to an account.
We will accept as many participations as purchases the owner does for the purchase price indicated during the promotional period.
To obtain a participation is necessary a purchase minimum amount over 50€. The participation in the giveaway will be appliable to purchases made in any store and WEB during the promotional time period.
During the second fortnight of June 2023 the winner will be established among all the participants in the Giveaway by the use of the SORTEA2.COM web with the selection of only one (1) winner. Once the winner is known, three (3) susbtituonal ones will be drawn out, to give them the prize in case of renouncement of any winner. The first winner will have preference over the second. If the case of neither the winners nor the substitutes accept the prize, this will be awarded. The same person cannot coincide as the winner and the substitute.
In case that any extraction is null by coincidence of the winner and the substitute, another draw will be made to obtain three more draws of different people.
The purchase voucher is not accumulable to other promotions nor exchangeable in cash nor valid as deposit or delivery on account. The winner has one month to adquire said prize.
The purchase voucher must be used in 1 same day and will expire 3 months after the adquirement of said voucher. The amount of this gift voucher cannot be compesated with remaining amounts made by purchases financed with credit cards.
The day of the reception the winner will get a letter with the communication and accepting the cession of image rights, in case we might use it.
The winner will have to verify their identity with an offical indentification when receiving the prize. The prize is personal and intrasferable.
The prize of the present Giveaway will be the implementation of the Law 35/2006 (28 November), that approves the tax over Personal Income Tax, or in other case, the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2004 (5 May), by which the consolidated text is approved over the Non-Residents Income Tax; as well as their correspondent Regulations and other current tax legislation that might be applied to tax residents or non-residents in Spain.

MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES: VENTAJON S.A. reserved the right to make modification or add successive annexes about the mechanism and prizes, as long as said ones are justified or do not damage the participants, and that they are rightly communicated. In case this In case of an extremely serious issue should obtain VENTAJON S.A. will be able to annulate the promotions, communicating it as well to the consumers.
3. IDENTIFICATION: The identity of the participants and winner will be accredited exclusively by means of official documents (ID, passport or other identification documents),
4. PRIZES: The prize is not exchangeable in cash, nor by any other prize and expires as it has been stiupulated in the present terms and conditions. The prize given for the giveaway is not transferable. If by any case the winner cannot nor want to accept the prize, or renounces to said prize, VENTAJON S.A. will dessignate the following winner substitutes as stipulated in the terms. If by any case the susbstitutes do not accept the prize or renounce them, said prize will not be awarded.
5. AWARDING OF THE PRIZES: The prize is nominative and will be gives according the conditions mentioned in the Contest terms.
The winner will get the symbolic relfection of their conditions by the meeting with the commercial teams of the company on the premises of the group located at the locations of this promotions.

8. ACCEPATNCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS: The very participation in the promotions means the acceptabce of the present terms and conditions of the giveaway.
9. GENERAL: Any attempt of bet or other similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed, or similar inscription will be allowed. VENTAJON S.A. will not be held responsible for any error or omission in the advertisement of the contest.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have the geographical scope of the Balearic and Canary Islands.PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST:
It's an exclusive giveaway for clients with the IKEA Family Mastercard or IKEA Family Fidelity card, that purchase with the IKEA Family card for an amount over 50€ from the 1st to the 6th of May 2023 (both days included), both at the stores and the pick-up point, as well as IKEA WEB Islands.The prize of the giveaway will be (1) one purchase voucher for IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands valued at 600€. TIME:
The duration time of the participation in the Giveaway is from the 1st to the 6th of May 2023 (both days included).PROMOTION MECHANISM:

The giveaway will be celebrated during the second fortnight of June 2023, counting all the user of IKEA Family Mastercard and IKEA Family Fidelity, at Balearic and Canary Islands that have purchased according the characteristics indicated in the present terms. During the next two days of the celebration of the giveaway VENTAJON S.A. will contact via email the winner to communicate their condition and coordinate the awarding of the prize in the premises of the brand that has the geographical scope of Balearic and Canary Islands. In case of not being located they will get an email so they can contact us via telephone during working hours the next day, and if by then they cannot be contacted we will procede with the first substitute, following the same procedure and contacting the next consecutively. The prize will be not be awarded if no one can be contacted or they do not accept the prize.The day of the reception the winner will get a letter with the communication and accepting the cession of image rights, in case we might use it.
