The entity VENTAJON S.A. along with SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. (“IKEA”) organize the following promotion, subjected to the present terms and conditions, adapted according to the Spanish and autonomic Spanish regulations, included the data protection regulation.
1. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The promotion will have the island of Tenerife as geographical scope.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
Exclusive promotion for clients that make purchases in furniture and decoration (except delivery, assembly and installation services) with the cards IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Family, IKEA for your business, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard in physical stores, web (www.islas.IKEA.es), IKEA Inspire app and teleordering.
3. DURATION
The promotion will be active exclusively on Saturday 20/12/2025.
4. DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION
· Owners of IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard cards: 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) in CASH BACK over the purchase amount, deposited 35 days after the closing of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the general fidelity conditions (clause 4.1); not compatible with other card discounts.
· Owners of IKEA Family Fidelity and IKEA for your business* cards: 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) in purchase voucher over the invoice amount, delivered 35 days after the closing of the purchase month, according to the general conditions (clause 5).
· The purchase voucher does not generate another right to more vouchers (non-cumulative purchase voucher).
Monetary limits:
· IKEA Family Mastercard and Ventajon Visa/Mastercard: minimum accumulated 3€, maximum 300€.
· IKEA Family Fidelity: minimum 3€, maximum 150€.
· IKEA for your business: minimum 3€, maximum 500€.
5. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRIZE
A 10% in CASH BACK (usual 5% + additional 5%) for IKEA Family Mastercard/Ventajon Visa/Mastercard (deposited in bank account) and 10% in Purchase Voucher for owners of IKEA Family Fidelity/for your business (detailed in the “Dynamics of the promotion” section).
Note: All expenses, fees or taxes not specified related with the enjoyment of the prize will be responsibility of the client.
6. PURCHASE VOUCHERS
The exchange of a purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Purpose:
· Manage the participation in the promotion, assigning and delivering incentives, as well as sending commercial information about products and similar services, always based on the participant’s consent, or related to the preexisting contractual relation according to the current legislation.
· Elaborating a “commercial profile” for personalized offers, without automatized decision making.
Legitimation:
· Performing the promotion (contractual relation) and consent to send commercial information.
Addressees:
There will be no transfer of data to third parties except due to legal obligation or to those in charge of the treatment duly hired. You can check the information about responsible/authorized people in the web of the organizing entities.
In charge of the treatment:
If for the management of this promotion or to send communications external services are contracted, these will access to the data in the capacity of person in charge of the treatment, acting according to the instructions and the contract signed.
Advertising exclusion systems:
The participant can oppose at any moment to the delivery of commercial communications, as well as register in the advertising exclusion systems (Robinson list, www.listarobinson.es).
Preservation and suppression:
The data will be preserved while the management derived from the promotion are valid and during the legally required periods to cover its liabilities. Once the purpose has ended, they will be suppressed or blocked.
Rights:
Participants can exercise their right of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation, portability and removal of their consent addressing via email or postal mail to the indicated people in charge; they can also claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Minimum age:
Only the people over 14 years old can participate; if it’s detected that a minor of 14 years old has provided data, they will be eliminated.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
· The very participation in the promotion means the whole acceptance of the present conditions.
· In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation, the common law will be applied, and the participant can address to the Customer service or the corresponding Consumer Arbitration Board.
· The conditions will be available during the validity of the promotion at the IKEA Tenerife store and www.islas.ikea.es.
Non-compliance/Fraud:
The non-compliance of the conditions or declared fraud prior approval will mean the immediate exclusion and cancellation of the acquired advantages without right of compensation, respecting at all moments the right of allegation and data protection regulation.
9. APPLIABLE LAW
The present conditions will be ruled according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), the Organic Law 3/2018, of Personal Data Protection and digital rights guaranty (LOPDGDD), Law 34/2002, of services to the information society and ecommerce (LSS), the local protection regulation of consumers and users and any other appliable legal disposition.
