Ingredients

Yoghurt
Honey
Peanut butter
HJÄTEROLL muesli
A banana

Elaboration

Cut the banana in half.
Add to bowl yoghurt, the sliced banana, honey, muesli and peanut butter.

Porridge cups with pomegranate and orange

Ingredients

Milk
HJÄTEROLL oatmeal with seeds and quinoa
Pomegranate
Orange segments

Elaboration

Add in a cup a spoonful of oatmeal with seeds and quinoa. Cover it with milk and let it rest, at least, 30 minutes.
Finish it with the pomegranates and the orange segments.

Granola pancakes

Ingredients

Granola with nuts and dried berries
Honey
Toppings: peanut butter, red berry ham SYLT LINGON, strawberries…

Preparación

In a bowl mix the granola with the honey. When the dough is consistent make little portions and take them to the oven for 10 minutes at 180º.
Once the pancakes are made, you just have to accompany them with the toppings you prefer.

Ingredients

Yoghurt
Apple
MUNSBIT nut mix
KAFFEREP cookies
Honey

Elaboration

Start by roasting the apple in the microwave. Cut the apple into wedges, add a little honey and bake for 5 minutes in 1 minute intervals.
Crush the cookies.
Finally, put the yogurt, nuts, crushed crackers and baked apples on a plate.
