Our new wheat-based patties will become the heroes of your daily meals: easy to prepare and with a delicious taste. On occasion we suggest you combine them with some rice and a quick salad.
INGREDIENTS
Crispy bites with rice & cucumber salad28 SLAGVERK breaded wheat-based pieces
4 servings of rice
Oil for frying
Cucumber salad
1/2 cucumber
4 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 fresh chopped red chilli or 1 ml chilli flakes
Soy mayonnaise
2 dl mayonnaise, plant-based or regular
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
Serves 4 25 mins.
STEP BY STEP
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.2. Thinly slice the cucumber with a cheese slicer or mandolin. Mix the cucumber slices with the other ingredients for the cucumber salad.
3. Cook the SLAGVERK breaded pieces according to the instructions on the package. 4. Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce.
Tip! Top this lovely, plant-based dish with roasted sesame seeds for a delicious, nutty flavour.
