The entity Ventajon S.A., with CRN A-35442904 and domicile at Autopista Las Palmas Gando KM12 – 35219 Telde (hereafter, “VENTAJON”), along with the entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter, “IKEA”), with CRN A-35474832 and domicile Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde (together hereinafter, the “Organisation”), organise the following giveaway, subjected to the present terms and conditions, adapted in accordance with current Spanish and regional legislation, including personal data protection regulations.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope (IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands).
PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY:
The present promotion purpose is performing a giveaway addressed to cardholders of IKEA Family, IKEA for your business and Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard that make purchases on furniture and decoration at IKEA Baleares and Canary Islands to celebrate the IKEA Family MONTH at IKEA, during the month of October 2026 (from 01/10/2026 to 31/10/2026, both included).
The giveaway has the purpose of encouraging engagement of IKEA Family clients and thank their fidelity, offering as a prize a total amount refund of one of the purchases made during the promotional period (applicable, where appropriate, to all other valid purchases made by the winner on the same day), with a maximum limit of 2.000€, in accordance with the conditions established in these terms and conditions.
VALIDITY PERIOD:
The action will be valid exclusively from 01/10/2026 to 31/10/2026, both included.
PARTICIPANTS:
All individuals aged 18 and over, cardholders of IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business or Ventajon Visa or Ventajon Mastercard, that make purchases on furniture and decoration at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, web www.islas.IKEA.es, IKEA Inspire app, as well as teleordering, are eligible to participate in the giveaway, during the promotion period and without a minimum purchase amount, being their participation registered automatically, provided that the purchase has been correctly linked to their corresponding card or member number.
Regarding this promotion, IKEA Family Mastercard is issued by Open Bank, S.A.; Ventajon Visa by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer; Ventajon Mastercard by Pecunia Cards; and IKEA Family and IKEA for your business by VENTAJON S.A.
In the case of IKEA for your business cardholders who are legal entities, participation may be conducted through the natural person who holds their representation or has sufficient powers to act on their behalf, provided that they meet the requirements established in these Conditions. For these purposes, said natural person will be the one who participates and, where appropriate, becomes the beneficiary of the prize.
Workers from the organising entities, or their direct relatives cannot participate, as well as distribution companies or external collaborators.
Cardholders who, at the time of the draw, are in default status, have their card cancelled, or are in any other situation of irregularity regarding said card, will not be entitled to a prize, nor will those who have conducted a fraudulent action in this promotion.
GIVEAWAY MECHANICS:
All purchases properly made by IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business or Ventajon Visa or Ventajon Mastercard cardholders will participate, during the month of October 2026 (from 01/10/2026 to 31/10/2026, both included). Every purchase made during the promotional period will generate one (1) participation in this giveaway, provided that said purchase has been registered with the number of IKEA Family, with IKEA Family Mastercard, with IKEA for your business or Ventajon Visa or Ventajon Mastercard. It will not be necessary to make any additional registration nor fill any form to generate participations in the giveaway, without prejudice to the form that the winner must complete in order to access the prize, in accordance with the provisions of the 'Notification of Winners' section.
Every invoice with format “SA-2026-xxx-xxxxxxxxxx” deposited or registered with any of the participant cards will result in a single participation in the giveaway.
Only purchases that during this giveaway’s participation have not been cancelled, annulled, or returned, fully or partially, will be considered valid. If the purchase resulting in the winning entry is subsequently cancelled, annulled, or returned, the winner will forfeit the right to the prize in its entirety, and no alternate winner will be designated, under the terms provided in the section 'Condition Subsequent and Prevention of Fraud and Abuse'. Additionally, the Organisation reserves the right to verify the validity of the purchase associated to the winning participation and to request, where applicable, the relevant supporting documents.
A single (1) and independent giveaway will be performed for every day of the promotional period and for each one of these following markets: Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza), Gran Canaria (La Mareta and 7 Palmas), Tenerife (including La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro) and Lanzarote (including Fuerteventura). VENTAJON S.A. will hold the giveaways weekly, every Thursday, through the www.sortea2.com platform, with a public certificate of extraction, designating in each of them one winner and two substitute winners, in order of priority, from among the valid entries generated that day in the corresponding market. In each celebration, the giveaways corresponding to purchases made between the previous Thursday and Wednesday, both inclusive, will be settled, with a maximum of twenty-eight (28) winners per week. Exceptionally, the giveaways corresponding to purchases made between October 29th and October 31st, 2026, will be held on Thursday November 5th 2026. Purchases made through web, IKEA Inspire app or teleordering will be assigned to the corresponding market based on the point of sale (POS) where the purchase is registered.
If for any justified reason it is not possible to hold the giveaway on the scheduled date, it will be held on the next business day.
Before definitively validating the winner, the organisation will verify compliance with the requirements established in these legal terms and conditions. If the winner does not meet the conditions, cannot be located within the established timeframes, or waives the prize, the designated substitutes in the giveaway will be contacted in order of priority, in accordance with the procedure established in the Communicating the Winners' section. If it is not possible to validate any of the substitutes either, the prize will be declared void. The foregoing shall not apply to cases of return, annulment, or cancellation of the winning purchase, which shall be ruled by the provisions of the 'Resolutory Condition and Prevention of Fraud and Abusive Use' section.
Purchases that do not correspond to furniture and decoration items are excluded from the promotion, including purchases made at the Restaurant, Swedish Bistro and Swedish Food Market, as well as contracting services such as delivery, assembly, installation, IKEA Specialist or IKEA Design, as well as deposits or prepayments, including the acquisition or recharging gift cards, although they have been made at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands during the promotional period.
PRIZE:
The prize of this promotion consists of a full refund of the amount paid for a purchase at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, with a maximum limit of 2.000€, amount that the winner will receive in full, in accordance with the tax treatment indicated in these Conditions. In the event that the winner had made more than one valid purchase on the same day the winning purchase was made, the refund will cover the combined total of all purchases made by that person on the same day, provided that the total refunded amount does not exceed the maximum limit of 2,000 euros under any circumstances. In the event that the same person wins more than one giveaway during the promotional period, the maximum total amount to be received shall likewise be 2.000 euros per person for the entire promotion.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, being prohibited its cession, sale or any other way of transfer to third parties. It cannot be exchanged for money in cash nor for any other product or service different to the specified in these Conditions.
The delivery of the prize will be effected through CASH BACK, credited to the bank account of the person who holds the used card, when the winning purchase has been paid with IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa or Ventajon Mastercard, regardless of whether it has also been registered with IKEA Family or IKEA for your business, and through purchase voucher when the purchases have been registered through identification with the IKEA Family or IKEA for your business card, without having been credited to any of the previous cards; once the giveaway has been settled and compliance with the requirements established in these conditions has been validated. The prize will be deposited during the month of December 2026, regardless of the date on which the winner was validated within the promotional period.
If the awarded purchase has been credited, fully or partially, through purchase voucher, the corresponding amount for that part will be refunded through the issuing of a new purchase voucher, regardless of the method used for the rest of the amount, if there was.
The purchase voucher will be exchangeable for furniture and decoration items at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores or www.islas.ikea.es, and it can be used on multiple purchases until the balance is depleted, it will have a validity of three (3) months from its issuance, will be personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged by money in cash. The winner can check their voucher at https://www.islas.ikea.es/client.
For tax purposes, the prize will be treated according to the delivery channel.
(i) When the prize is effective through CASH BACK (IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard), said amount will be considered a cash prize subject to personal income tax (IRPF) withholding when legally applicable (currently 19% when the prize base exceeds 300 euros). The prize amount, reduced by any such withholding if applicable, will be credited to the bank account of the holder of the card used to make the winning purchase.
(ii) When the prize is materialized through a purchase voucher (IKEA Family and IKEA for your business), its value will be considered a net amount for the winner, assuming SARTON CANARIAS S.A the corresponding deposit to bank account (currently 19%), without such tax cost reducing the value of the voucher delivered.
Additional services acquired with the purchase are excluded from the refunded amount, such as delivery, assembly, installation, IKEA Specialist or IKEA Design, as well as any amount corresponding to deposits or prepayments, including the acquisition or recharge of gift cards, and/or any other services not included specifically in this promotion. Delivery, assembly and other services rendered shall not be subject to return or refund once executed, except in the event of a defect or breach attributable to SARTON CANARIAS S.A.
Enjoying the prize will be subject to current tax regulations, applying the corresponding withholdings and deposits to account, in accordance with the provisions of these conditions.
Acceptance and enjoyment of the prize shall in no case imply a waiver by the winner of any rights legally corresponding to them regarding returns, cancellation, or lack of conformity.
When it is legally applicable, the right of withdrawal provided for in consumer and user protection regulations shall be maintained, including the legally established period for distance contracts, as well as any other rights that are non-waivable under applicable regulations.
The foregoing is understood to be without prejudice to the consequences that, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the return, annulment, or cancellation of the purchase that gave rise to the prize may have on the right to enjoy it.
Participating in the giveaway and accepting the prize imply the winner’s conformity with these terms and conditions. If the winner does not comply with the requirements or renounces to the prize, action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Communicating the Winners' section; otherwise, the prize will remain unawarded.
Condition Subsequent and Prevention of Fraud and Abuse. The right to this prize is conditioned on the validity and maintenance of the purchase that originates it. In case of return, annulment or cancellation, fully or partially, of the awarded purchase, the prize will be automatically cancelled in its entirety, without a substitute being designated, regardless of whether the prize has already been fully or partially paid; in this case, the entity that has deposited the prize (SARTON CANARIAS S.A. or VENTAJON S.A.) can claim the corresponding amount to the winner.
Additionally, when there are reasonable indications of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or abuse of the conditions, participation mechanisms, or benefits of this promotion. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and VENTAJON S.A. may, with due justification and in accordance with applicable regulations, deny, limit, or condition participation or the application of this or other promotions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. can also, on the same terms, limit or condition the application of their commercial voluntary returns policy.
For these purposes, repeated patterns of purchase and return that may reasonably be aimed at generating, accumulating, or chaining promotional benefits in a manner contrary to the purpose of the promotion may be considered evidence, among others, without prejudice to the legally recognised rights of consumers.
COMMUNICATING THE WINNERS:
Contact with winners will be made every Thursday, the same day these giveaways are held, grouping all the winners corresponding to purchases made between the previous Thursday and Wednesday, inclusive. Exceptionally, the winners corresponding to the purchases made on October 29th and 31st 2026 will be contacted on November 5th, 2026.
On the corresponding contact date, the Organisation will telephone every winner. If there is an answer, the prize will be communicated on said call and, later, they will be sent an email and SMS with a form to provide necessary data and validate the prize. If there is no answer, the Organisation will send the form directly by email and SMS, informing the participant their condition of winner and that they must provide their data to access their prize.
When communicating the prize the winner will be communicated that the return, annulment, or cancellation, fully or partially, of the awarded purchase will result in the forfeiture of the prize, even if it has already been paid, except in cases of lack of conformity or breach attributable to the SARTON CANARIAS S.A. as provided for in these conditions.
The winner’s identity can be verified through ID, passport or other official identification document when there are reasonable doubts about their identity or membership of the card with which the awarded purchase was made. The Organisation will only request necessary data to perform said verification and will not keep a copy of the identification document once this validation is made, except if any legal obligation requires its preservation.
In any case, the winner will have a maximum of 5 calendar days to complete the form from the communication to their phone number and/or email provided by the participant. If once this period has passed the winner has not provided their data, the substitute winner will be contacted on the next calendar day, as long as the winning purchase has not been cancelled, annulled or returned, fully or partially, at that time. The substitute winner will be contacted following the same procedure, having 5 calendar days, counted on the same terms, to complete their data. If the substitute neither completes the form on said period or their purchase is not valid, the second substitute will be contacted on the same terms. If the form is not completed on time or their purchase is not valid, the prize will be declared void.
For transparency purposes, the Organisation will publish weekly at www.islas.ikea.es and www.ventajon.com, every Thursday, the relation of winning purchases corresponding to the purchases made between the previous Thursday and Wednesday, both included, organised in four columns corresponding to every market (Balearic Islands, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Lanzarote), indicating in each case the awarded purchase’s invoice number. Substitute winners purchases will not be published, unless they are ultimately awarded a prize. Exceptionally, the winning purchases corresponding to the period between October 29th and 31st 2026 will be published on Thursday 5th of November 2026. In no case names, initials or other identification data of the winners will be published.
In the event that the initially designated winner is replaced by the substitute in accordance with the foregoing, the Organisation will update the publication at www.islas.ikea.es and www.ventajon.com to reflect the invoice number corresponding to the substitute winner’s purchase.
COMMUNICATING THE GIVEAWAY:
The giveaway will be published on different media, including:
- Web, in the promotions and terms and conditions section, as well as in the IKEA Family landing.
- Communication at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, through posters, informative flyers and digital screens.
- IKEA Spanish Islands official social media, through posts on Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Email marketing and commercial communications. Promotions can be disseminated through commercial communications by email and other electronic communication channels, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The sending of commercial communications by electronic means shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11th, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), on the basis of the prior consent given by the recipient or, where applicable, the existence of a previous contractual relationship and in relation to similar products or services of the same provider, provided that the legally established requirements are met.
Consequently, with regard to persons who have not given their consent and for whom the legal exception provided for in Article 21.2 of the LSSI does not apply, no commercial communications will be sent by email.
Participation in the promotion shall not, in itself, constitute consent to receive commercial communications. Commercial communications shall only be sent to persons who have previously given their consent in the context of their relationship as IKEA Family members or customers of VENTAJON S.A., or to whom the exception provided for in Article 21.2 of the LSSI applies.

Who can participate?
Only physical persons over 18 years old can participate in this giveaway. In the case that owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal entities (societies, communities of goods or other entities, the participation will be performed through the duly authorized individual representative or proxy, them being the interested party regarding GDPR. If data from minors is detected, said data will be eliminated immediately.
TAXES:
The prizes awarded in this prize draw shall be subject to the provisions of the applicable tax legislation in force. Regarding prizes awarded in the form of purchase vouchers, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. shall, where applicable, comply with the tax obligations legally required in connection with the awarding of the prizes and, where appropriate, shall make the corresponding withholding or payment on account. Likewise, where legally required, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. shall issue the winner with the relevant tax certificate for the purposes of complying with their tax obligations.
USE OF NAMES AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Irrespective of the publication of the invoice number of the winning purchase referred to above, the Organiser may request the winner to provide a specific, voluntary and independent authorisation for the use of their image in communication materials relating exclusively to this giveaway. The winner may refuse or object to such use without this in any way affecting their right to receive the prize.
When the winner is notified of the prize, they will be requested to sign a specific consent form authorising the use, publication and reproduction of their name and image, where they will be clearly, previously and separately informed of the content of such consent, independently from their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Such consent shall be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, being able to grant or refuse such consent without this affecting their right to receive the prize. RIGHT TO REMOVE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and VENTAJON S.A. reserve the right to remove, on justified grounds, any user who defrauds, alters or disrupts the proper functioning and normal and lawful course of this Promotion.
APPLICABLE LAW:
This promotion shall be governed by the laws in force in Spain and by these Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the legislation in force on consumer protection. Participants who qualify as consumers may refer the matter to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction according to their place of residence, as well as to the competent consumer protection authorities.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and VENTAJON S.A. reserve the right to make modifications to or add successive annexes concerning the mechanism of the promotion and the prizes, provided that such modifications are justified and do not adversely affect participants and are duly communicated to them.
In the event of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and VENTAJON S.A. that makes it impossible or seriously hinders the normal development of the promotion, the organising entities may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion, provided that this is necessary and is duly communicated to participants and consumers. They shall endeavour, to the extent possible, not to adversely affect any rights already acquired by participants.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS:
Participation in the promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies regarding their interpretation, the matter shall be governed by ordinary law.
