The gooier the better
Closely related to the brownie, yet more moist and gooey, the Swedish ‘kladdkaka’ is easily made using only a few ingredients. It’s the default cake made if in a hurry and having an urge for something sweet with your coffee. The KAFFEREP gooey cocoa and chocolate cake is even simpler to prepare. Defrost for 30 minutes, then serve. Either as it is or with strawberries and whipped cream or ice cream.
Seven is a magic number
From kafferep to fika – the Swedish tradition of gathering at home to socialize, drink coffee and eat cookies has a long history.
