Ingredients:

4 tbsp. of mint tea

20 g of butter

2 tbsp. of cocoa powder

300 g of CHOKLAD MÖRK 70%

200 ml of milk cream or oat milk
Preparation:

Heat the milk or cream without letting it boil. Add the tea, turn off the heat and let it infuse for 4-5 minutes.

Cut up the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.

Strain the infused cream on the chocolate. Mix until obtaining a soft texture.

Add the butter and cocoa, mix well.

Let it cool, make little balls and if you want, powder cocoa over them.
