Board of Christmas snacks

Time: 15 minutes | People: 4

At the traditional Swedish tables salmon and herrings are essential. For generations, this food has been a pillar in the Swedish gastronomy.

If you are looking to surprise your guests, making a board of rewarding, tasty and easy to make snacks is the best option.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of SILL SENAP marinated herrings
  • 1 pack of SJÖRAPPORT smoked salmon
  • 1 can of SYLT HALLON & BLÅBÄR jam
  • 1 can of pickled gherkins
  • 1 pack of a mix of MUNSBIT toasted nuts and berries
  • 1 wedge of gouda cheese
  • 1 wedge of blue cheese
  • 1 apple
  • Grapes

Preparation

  1. Cut the apple and the cheese in thin slices.
  2. Cut the blue cheese.
  3. Put the pickles and the herrings in bowls.
  4. Roll the slices of salmon.
  5. Put on a tray all the ingredients, little by little, so they are easy to serve. We suggest you put them on a circle over the SNUDDA tray, that can be used as a rotating plate.
