TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF "SHARING YOUR RECIPE HAS A PRIZE" through the INSTAGRAM channel

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST:

 

• ANNOUNCEMENT: The contest is announced in the Fika Magazine 01/04/2023, and is valid until 30/06/2023. I will also be announced on the billboards of the IKEA stores, Swedish Food Market, social networks and web page.

 

• PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST: To enter the contest, the participants must share on their Instagram stories a recipe of salmon with a picture mentioning  @ikea_baleares_canarias. The winner will be contacted by Instagram private message.

 

• SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The purchase voucher promotions can be subjected to special conditions like minimum purchase amounts o the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected on the promotions and the particular terms and conditions of the promotion.

 

• RECEPTION OF THE VOUCHER: The voucher will be delivered in person once the winner has been verified.

 

• USE OF THE PURCHASE VOUCHER:  When you pay your purchase (or part of it) with a purchase voucher or promotional code, it will be seen as a discount and, therefore, it will be discounted of the taxable base of the purchase.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY:

This contest will be valid in the Canary and Balearic Islands from the 1st of April 2023 to the 29th of May 2023. The contest resolution will be made the 5th of June 2023.
 

4. PRIZE:

1 IKEA purchase voucher valued in 100€ for food products, valid until 19/06/2023, to use in the area of the Swedish Food Market of the IKEA stores of Balearic and Canary Islands. The recipe that wins will appear in the next edition of the Fika Magazine. 

the purchase voucher is non transferable and has to be used by the client in all its totatlity at the Swedish food Market of the Balearic and Canary Islands IKEA stores.

The Organization will be not held responsible in case of sustraction or loss of the purchase voucher and the client excludes the Organizers of any responsibility like the result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase voucher or the participation in the Promotion.

The use of the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
 

5. CHOOSING THE WINNER:

The contest will be made by deliberation of an internal jury specialized in gastronomy.

As soon as the contest is made we will contact the winner by private message on Instagram, having to attend their nearest IKEA Point or store in a maximum period of one week to get their prize. If the period ends and the winner has not attended the store or Point we will pass to next person. The prize will not be awarded if none of them attend.

No person related to the IKEA stores or direct relatives can participate in the present contest.

The winner of the contest will be advertised in several means: web, store communication and IKEA point, as well as in social networks.
 

6. PERSONAL DATA:

Thepersonal data that the clients facilitate us to participate in the present promotion will be added to a data filem belonging to SARTON CANARIAS, S.A., domiciled. Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 which purpose is give information about the products and services that we offer in any of the companies of the IKEA group, which activities are related to the furniture and decoration, food, financial products, insurances, telecommunications, transportation and assemblage markets, and any other offer that might be of interest, including, related to said products, the delivery of commercial communications by email or any other similar communication mean (like SMS, postal mail), as well as telephone calls. When registering and putting your data you expressly authorize us to send you such communications. 

At any moment you will be able to exercize your rights of access, rectifcation, cancellation and objection regarding your personal data, as well as revoke the allowed consent or oppose to the treatment of said data to send you commercial communications. The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms and conditions, they will be remitted to common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotions are valid at the IKEA SPANISH ISLANDS stores and the web www.islas.ikea.es
 

8. OTHER CONDITIONS:

• APPLIABLE LAW:  This promotions is ruled by  the current Spanish law and the present terms and conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and the participant of the promotion are subjected to, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca to any controverty that might arise between the both of them.

 

• MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES: SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as said ones are justified or do not damage the participants, and that they are duly informed. 

 

• USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE: The participants, in case of being winners, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion, to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and witouth limitations, by SARTON CANARIAS, of their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotions, publication, including Internet, or any other mean no matter their nature, with commercial and informative purposes always related to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. give any compensation to the winner because of this.
