The entity VENTAJON S.A. along with SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. (“IKEA”) organize the following promotion, subjected to the present terms and conditions, adapted in accordance with current Spanish and autonomic legislation, including the personal data protection regulation.
1. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The promotion will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope at their establishments of IKEA Gran Canaria store, IKEA Shop 7 Palmas, IKEA Mallorca store, IKEA Ibiza, IKEA Menorca.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
Exclusive promotion for clients that make purchases in furniture and decoration (except delivery, installation and assembly services) with the cards IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Family, IKEA for your business, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard on physical stores, web (www.islas.IKEA.es), IKEA Inspire App and teleordering.
3. DURATION
The promotion will be active exclusively on Saturday 30/05/2026.
4. DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION

Owners of IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard: 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) in CASH BACK over the purchase amount, deposited 35 after the month-end close in which the purchase was made, in accordance with the fidelity general conditions (clause 4.1); non-suitable with other discounts of the card.

Owners of IKEA Family Fidelity and IKEA for your business*: 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) in purchase voucher over the invoice amount, delivered 35 after the purchase month-end close, in accordance with the general conditions (clause 5).

A purchase voucher never generates the right for more vouchers (non-cumulative purchase voucher).
Monetary limit:

IKEA Family Mastercard and Ventajon Visa/Mastercard: minimum accumulated 3€, maximum 300€.

IKEA Family Fidelity: minimum 3€, maximum 150€.

IKEA for your business: minimum 3€, maximum 500€.
5. CHARARCTERISTICS OF THE PRIZE
Clients that own the cards IKEA Family Mastercard and Ventajon Visa/Mastercard can benefit from a 10% in CASH BACK, formed by the usual 5% plus an additional 5%, that will be deposited to the associated bank account. In addition, owners of the cards IKEA Family Fidelity and IKEA for your business will enjoy a 10% in Purchase Voucher, according to the conditions and specifications gathered in the section named “Dynamics of the promotion”.
This promotion will be subjected to the terms and conditions established by the organizing entity, being exclusively appliable to purchases and operations that comply with the requirements indicated in the present promotional terms and conditions.
Note: All expenses, withholding taxes, tax returns and other taxes nor specified related to enjoying the prize will be at the customer's expense.
6. PURCHASE VOUCHERS
Exchanging the purchase voucher never generated another purchase voucher.
6.1 PROMOTION’S SPECIAL RULES
a) Items included: The incentive is only applied to purchases from the furniture and decoration category, specifically excluding delivery, installation and assembly services, as it is indicated in section 2. Items that, by internal regulations or commercial agreement, are expressly out of the promotion’s scope, are also excluded. In case of existing doubts about item inclusion, the client can request it at checkout or at the establishment’s Customer service.
b) Returns and deposit: In case of total or partial return of a purchase that has generated CASH BACK or a purchase voucher, the incentive corresponding to the returned amount will be cancelled or reduced in the same proportion. If the incentive has been deposited or issued, the amount will be discount or claimed according to the fidelity general conditions.
c) Valid purchase confirmation: In purchase made through the web (www.islas.IKEA.es), IKEA Inspire App or teleordering, validation will be made by registering the operation in the system associated to the participant card. The clients must make sure that the purchase is registered under the name of the promoting card owner. In case of incidence, they must preserve the proof of payment and/or order confirmation as valid proof.
d) Maximum deadline for the incentive’s delivery: Notwithstanding the ordinary deadline of the incentive established in the present conditions, set in a maximum of thirty-five (35) calendar days from the end of the months in which the purchase has been made, the organizing entity guarantees the effective delivery of the incentive, in any case, within the legally appliable maximum deadline according to current state and/or autonomic regulations regarding commercial promotions, prizes, incentives or promotional tokens.
In the case that the appliable regulation established an inferior maximum deadline in the present terms and conditions, said legal deadline will be preferent and will be applied automatically, regarding any provision contained in these terms.

VENTAJON S.A. and SARTON CANARIAS S.A. have established an agreement in accordance with the co-responsibility in which their respective obligations regarding data protection are regulated, specially related to right’s attention, duty of disclosure and promotion management. With what purpose do we process your data?
Your data will be processed for:

Manage your participation in the promotion (exercising the contractual relationship).

Assign and deliver the associated incentives (exercising the contractual relationship).

Sending commercial, promotional or ad communications related with products and services like the previously hired or requested by the interested party, through email, SMS or other equivalent electronic communication media, as long as they have previously given free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, in accordance with the stated in the article 21 of the Information Society Services Act.

How long will we keep your data?
Your data are preserved while the promotion management lasts and during the legal period to address potential liabilities. Subsequently, they will be supressed or blocked according to the regulation.
Which is the legitimation for the processing?
The legal basis for the processing is exercising the contractual relationship to manage the promotion and, where appropriate, your consent to send commercial information and profile elaboration.
Who are the recipients of your data?
No transfers to third parties are foreseen except where legally required. The providers that provide services for the promotion management as liable of the processing under contract can access to your data.
International transfers:
No international data transfers are foreseen. If they are necessary at some point, they will be performed in accordance with the GDPR requirements, previously informing it.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation, portability, and consent removal, addressing your request to lopd@ikeasi.com or by postal mail to the indicated domicile. Who can participate?
Only physical people over 18 can participate in this promotion. In the case the owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal people (societies, communities of goods and other entities), participation Will be made through the duly authorized representative or proxy, being the one interested in the GDPR. The data of the legal person do not represent personal data for the purposes of the GDPR, without prejudice of the of the appliable data protection to the associated physical people. If data provided by minors is detected, said data will be eliminated immediately.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

The very participation in the promotion means the full acceptance of the present conditions.

In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation, common law will be applied, and the participant can address the Customer Client services or the corresponding Consumer Arbitration Board.

Non-compliance/Fraud:

Not complying with the conditions or fraud declared after verification means the immediate exclusion and cancellation of all the acquired advantages without right of compensation, always respecting the right to claim and the data protection regulation.
9. APPLIABLE LAW
The present conditions will be applied in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of Personal Data Protection and digital rights guarantee (LOPDGDD), the Law 34/2002, of the information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the local consumer and user regulations and any other appliable legal provision.
