Pick up your purchase for free at IKEA Mallorca
You can collect your purchase from Monday to Saturday: 9:30 to 22:00h.h
If you shop between 9:00h and 19:00h: you can collect your purchase in 2 hours.
If you shop before 9:00h: come to collect your purchase the same day from 11:00h.
If you shop after 19:00h come to collect your purchase the next day from 11:00h.
If you shop on weekend or on a closing holiday: you can collect your purchase on the first working day after 11:00h.
We'll notify you by email and/or sms when you can come to pick up your purchase.
It is necessary to present proof of purchase to access the pick up.
