(hereafter, “IKEA”) with CRN A-35474832 y domicilie at Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organises the following promotion named “Giveaway of two IKEA Purchase voucher valued in 150 €” that will be developed in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have La Palma as geographical scope.
PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION:
The Promotion is organised to celebrate the new era of IKEA La Palma, following the completion of the store's comprehensive transformation project and the opening of its new second floor.
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the rules of the Promotion, as well as to establish the participation requirements, its mechanics, the winner selection process, and the conditions applicable to the awarding, delivery, and enjoyment of the prize.
PROMOTION ACTIVATION DATES:
the giveaway will be valid from the 23rd to 31st of October, 2026, both dates inclusive.

PROMOTION PARTICIPATION:
All natural persons over the age of 18 who make a purchase at the IKEA La Palma store between the 23rd and 31st of October 2026, and correctly complete the registration form available on the official IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands website or via the link/QR code provided in-store, are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Employees of the organising company, their immediate family members, as well as distributing companies or external collaborators, are excluded from participating.
RESOLUTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER:
The giveaway will be celebrated the 4th of November 2026 at the IKEA Gran Canaria offices through the www.randompicker.com platform, from among all valid registered participations, two (2) winners and two (2) substitutes will be designated, in the order of selection.
Only the data strictly necessary to identify valid participations will be used to conduct the giveaway. Whenever possible, the Organisation may use internal identifiers, entry codes, or minimised data, avoiding the inclusion of unnecessary personal data in the platform for the random selection process.
Following the draw, the Organisation will contact the winners by telephone using the details provided at the time of participation. Up to three contact attempts will be made on different days and at different times, within a maximum period of two (2) calendar days from the date of the giveaway. The prize will be deemed accepted once effective contact is established with the winner and they confirm their acceptance.
In the event that it is not possible to contact the winner within the established period, if they reject the prize, or if they fail to comply with any of the requirements and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be offered to the first substitute, to whom the same contact and validation procedure will apply. If the prize cannot be awarded to said person either, due to any of the aforementioned circumstances, the same procedure will be followed with the second substitute.
Once the prize has been accepted, the winner must go to the Store, Planning and Order Point, or IKEA Shop on their island of residence for collection on the date designated by the Organisation. In the event that it cannot be awarded to any of the substitutes, the prize will remain unawarded.
To collect the voucher, the winner must prove their identity by presenting a valid ID or passport, solely for the purpose of verifying that it matches the selected person and correctly documenting the delivery of the prize. The Organisation may request the signature of a delivery receipt, which will only collect the data necessary to prove the delivery of the prize.
Employees of IKEA Spanish Islands, as well as their immediate family members, spouses, registered partners, and relatives within the first and second degrees of consanguinity or affinity, are excluded from participating in this giveaway. This exclusion also applies to personnel from subcontractors or temporary employment agencies (ETT) providing services at IKEA establishments.
PRIZE:
An IKEA purchase voucher valued in 150 euros for each of the winners valid until the 31st of December 2026, to use at the Stores or Points IKEA Canary Islands and at www.islas.ikea.es in furniture and accessories.
The Organisers accept no responsibility for the loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher, and the customer releases the Organisers from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher or participation in the Promotion. The use of a purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
PURCHASE VOUCHER TERMS AND PREVENTION OF ABUSE:
The 150€ purchase vouchers awarded as prizes shall be subject to the terms of use established by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. and must be used within the validity period indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that the purchase vouchers are used to make a purchase that is subsequently subject to a full or partial return, annulment, or cancellation, the applied voucher amount may become null and void to the extent corresponding to the amount of the purchase actually returned or cancelled, without prejudice to the rights corresponding to the consumer in accordance with applicable legislation. When vouchers have been used, totally or partially, for a purchase that is subsequently returned or cancelled, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. may claim the amount corresponding to the promotional benefit unduly obtained or offset it against the appropriate amounts, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Likewise, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to adopt such measures as are proportionate and legally appropriate upon detecting fraudulent activity or an abuse of the promotion, particularly where there is a repeated pattern of purchase and return transactions intended to obtain a promotional benefit contrary to the purpose of the prize. Where appropriate, such actions may result in the disqualification of the participant from the promotion or the adoption of the measures provided for by law.

MODFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as to add any corresponding annexes, provided there is a justified cause and such modifications do not unfairly prejudice the participants' rights. Any modification or annex will be duly communicated to the participants through the same media used to advertise the promotion, or through any other means that guarantee they are properly informed.
Likewise, in the event of force majeure, fortuitous events, or any other exceptional circumstance that significantly prevents or hinders the execution or development of the promotion under the planned terms, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. may suspend, modify, or cancel it. In such cases, the company will duly notify the participants and adopt, where applicable, the appropriate measures to safeguard their rights.
USE OF NAME AND IMAGE:
Participation in this promotion does not imply or constitute consent to the use of participants’ image, voice or name for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes.
In accordance with Article 2.2 of Organic Law 1/1982 of 5th of May on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image, as well as Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), any use of the winner’s image or name shall require prior express, specific, informed, freely given and unambiguous consent.

In particular, if SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. intends to publish or disclose the identity of the winners, it must first obtain the winner’s express, specific and voluntary consent at the time of prize acceptance or delivery, through a procedure separate from acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Giving such consent shall be entirely voluntary. Refusal to give consent or its subsequent withdrawal shall under no circumstances affect the winner’s status or their right to receive and enjoy the prize awarded.
If the winner gives their consent, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. shall use their name and/or image solely for the purposes expressly authorised, for the period necessary to publicise the promotion and within the geographical scope and through the communication channels specifically indicated when consent is obtained.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the authorised use of the winner’s name and/or image in connection with this promotion shall not entitle them to any financial compensation.
RIGHT TO REMOVE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to exclude, on justified grounds, any user who commits fraud, tampers with, or disrupts the proper functioning and normal, rule-compliant conduct of this promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Automated, programmed, fraudulent or manipulated participations, or participations submitted using any system that alters or interferes with the normal operation of the promotion, shall not be permitted. SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to exclude from the prize draw any entries that fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or in respect of which there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or manipulation.
