The entity SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. with social domicile in Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde and number CIF A35474832, henceforth (IKEA), is implementing the Småland Passport, with the purpose of benefiting and thanking the children that visit regularly the Småland playrooms. This fidelity card, henceforth “Småland Passport” is ruled by the following terms and conditions:
1. OBJECT
Through this card, that is personal and non-transferable, the owners can obtain prizes. Minors between 3 and 10 years old can be owners of the Småland passport. The purpose of the Småland passport is exclusively promotional, without it without it being understood as a payment method. The card is free, without any cost for the user.
2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope.
3. Requirements to be a Småland Passport owner
The passport is addressed to the young audience between 3 and 10 years old, always accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. To be a Småland Passport owner will be essential that the father/mother or legal guardian requests it at the Småland playrooms. The father/mother or legal guardian will have to fill in the mandatory fields requested in the Passport to be valid.
4. OPERATIVE
Each time the minor, owner of the Småland passport, finishes their visit at the Småland playroom, the personnel of said playroom will mark one of the boxes of the Passport with a stamp to verify their visit.
When the owner of the Småland passport completes 8 boxes with stamps the personnel of the playroom will specify in the card the date to proceed to exchange the prize.
The prize can be exchanged by the mother, father or legal guardian of the minor owner of the card at the Customer Service Department crediting their identity and delivering the passport. Once the 8 stamps of the passport are filled, you have 2 weeks to exchange the prize, counting from the date of the last stamp.
If the Småland passport owners does not have it with them when completing their visit at Småland, the box cannot be stamped, and it will not be counted as a made action. The clients can request as many passports as they wish.
Passports are not cumulative and work individually. The stamps of several passport cannot be added up to exchange them for prizes.
5. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The present promotion will start the 1st of January 2026 and will be valid indefinitely, while SARTON CANARIAS S.A. does not terminate it. It will be understood as terminated when SARTON CANARIAS S.A. decides to not continue with
the promotion, as communicates it so to the owners, being valid media for that purpose the web, social media, or posters at the store.
6. OWNER’S OBLIGATIONS
The registration as owner of the Småland passport is personal and the exercise of all the rights it provides are personal, non-transferable, and limited to what it is established in the present conditions.
Once the card is collected at the Småland playrooms, the owner can use it since that moment. The card will be delivered for free to the clients and it will not have an expiration date.
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify the procedure and conditions to said affiliation, previously informing the clients through the same broadcast mediums as these conditions.
7. PASSPORT LOSS
In case of losing the Passport, the mother/father or legal guardian of the minor can request a new one at the Småland playrooms, that will be delivered without preserving the accumulated points of the lost card.
8. IF THE OWNER FORGETS THEIR PASSPORT
If on a visit to Småland the owners forget their passport, the father, mother or legal guardian can request a new one. The count will restart on the new delivered passport and will not be accumulated to the forgotten passport.
9. PHYSICAL FORMAT OF THE PASSPORT
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify the format of the Småland passport and reprint the Passports in a certain period.
10. PRIZES
The Småland passport owner will obtain the prize once they have the 8 stamps after their visits at the Småland playrooms.
During the months of January, February and March 2026, the prize will be chosen by the Passport owner according to the following list:
