The entity VENTAJON S.A., is performing a contest that will finish with the celebration of a giveaway under the following conditions:
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope.
OBJECT OF THE CONTEST:
This is an exclusive giveaway for clients that make purchases with the IKEA Family Fidelity, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard cards, at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands during the period of “Black Friday / Cyber Monday”, i.e., from 26/11/2025 at 22h to 02/12/2025 at 9h, being the 26/11/2025, 01/12/2025 and 02/12/2025 exclusive for online purchases.
The object prize of the Giveaway is one (1) purchase voucher of 2.000€ for IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands. The purchase voucher can be used as payment method in purchases of any IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands product (except products from the restaurant, Swedish food market and external services, like Delivery, Assembly, IKEA SPECIALIST or IKEA DESIGN). The purchase voucher is non-cumulative to other promotion nor exchangeable in cash nor valid as deposit or delivery on account.
We will accept as many participations as purchases are made by the owner during the promotional period.
DURATION
The participation period is from 26/11/2025 at 22h to 02/12/2025 at 9h, being the 26/11/2025, 01/12/2025 and 02/12/2025 exclusive for online purchases.
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION
Every time the owner of the IKEA Family or IKEA Family Mastercard makes a purchase with their card, it will be registered as a participation in the giveaway.
To obtain the participation it is necessary to reach a minimum purchase amount (50 euros). The giveaway participation will be appliable to purchases made at any IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands establishment, as well as on the IKEA Islands web.
For the 26/11/2025 (from 22h), 01/12/2025 and 02/12/2025 (until 9h), the participation will be obtained exclusively by purchases made online at the islas.IKEA.es web, IKEA Inspire app, or through the Teleordering services.
On the 12th of December 2025 one (1) winner will be chosen among the purchases made on all the islands among every participant in the Giveaway through the webpage SORTEA2.com, modality “Certified giveaway”. Once the winner is drawn, two (2) more
will be drawn as substitutes, to deliver them the prize in case of renounce by the winner. The first substitute winner will have preference over the second one. In the case that both the winner and the substitutes do not accept the prize, this will become null. The same person cannot be winner and substitute winner.
In the case that the draw is null due to coincidence between winner and substitute, one or more draws will be made until having 3 draws with different people.
PRIZE CHARACTERISTICS
One (1) purchase voucher valued in 2.000 will be given away and can be used at any of the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores. The purchase voucher can be used as payment method for any IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands product (except products from the restaurant, Swedish food market and external services, like Delivery, Assembly, IKEA SPECIALIST or IKEA DESIGN).
the purchase voucher is non-cumulative to other promotions nor exchangeable in cash as a deposit or delivery in account.
The purchase voucher will have a validity of 3 months from its delivery. The amount of this voucher cannot be compensated for outstanding balanced for financed purchases with credit cards.
The voucher will be valid for different purchases until spending all the balance, valid for three months since being issued, and will be personal and non-transferable and not exchangeable for money in cash. The clients can check their voucher at https://www.islas.ikea.es/client
PRIZE DELIVERY CONDITONS
The Giveaway will be performed on the 12th of December 2025 counting all the users of the IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard cards at Balearic and Canary Islands that have made purchases according with the characteristics mentioned in these terms and conditions. Within the two following days of the giveaway performance, VENTAJON S.A. will contact via telephone the winner to notify their condition and to coordinate the delivery of the prize at the brand facilities that has as geographical scope the Balearic and Canary Islands. If they cannot be contacted they will be sent an email, in order to contact us via telephone during opening hours of the following day and, if it is not possible, we will contact the first substitute winner, following the same procedure and contacting the second substitute winner if we cannot contact them. The prize will become null if neither of them can be contacted or if the winner or substitutes do not accept the prize.
When the prize is delivered the winner will also be delivered a communication letter accepting expressly the cession of their image, in case their use is needed.
To the prize of the present Conditions the Law 35/2006, of November 28th, will be applied, by which the Personal Income Tax is approved or, in that case, the Royal
Decree 5/2004, May 5th, by which the consolidated text is approved of the Non-residents income tax; as ell as the corresponding Regulations and other development regulations; or, failing that, the current tax regulations appliable to residents or non-residents in Spain.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. APPLIABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. VENTAJON S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for any controversy that might occur between the both of them.
2. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
VENTAJON S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain VENTAJON S.A. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
3. IDENTIFICATION
The participants and winners’ identity will be exclusively credited by official documents (I.D, passport or other identification document).
4. PRIZES
The prize is not exchangeable for cash, nor any other prize and expires according to what has been mentioned in the present terms and conditions. The prize given for the giveaway is personal and non-transferable. In the case that, due to any circumstance, the winner cannot or does not want to accept the prize, or renounces to it, VENTAJON S.A. will pass to the next winner according to what has been mentioned in these conditions. In the case that the substitute winners do not accept or renounce to the prize, this will become null.
5. PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize is nominative and will be delivered as stated in the indicated conditions of the Contest.
The winner will get a symbolic delivery of their conditions though a meeting with the commercial teams of the Co. in the facilities of the group located at the promotion territories.

7. RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
VENTAJON S.A. reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS:The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
9. GENERAL:
Any attempt of betting, or similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed or robotic registration is allowed. VENTAJON S.A. will not be held responsible for any error or omission in the contest advertisement.
