Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 whose purpose is to provide you with information about the products and services we offer in any of the companies of the IKEA group whose activities are related to the sectors of furniture and decoration, food, financial products, insurance, telecommunications, transport and assembly, and any other offer that may be of interest, including, in relation to these products, the sending of commercial communications by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of communication (such as SMS, post) as well as by telephone calls. * Any breach of these conditions or any fraudulent use of the discounts and purchase vouchers, as well as the total or partial return of the articles that generated the purchase vouchers for the promotion, will entail the deprivation or deactivation of the promotion by right. The advantages acquired during the campaigns that do not comply with these general conditions will be cancelled without any compensation and will result in the immediate cancellation by SARTON CANARIAS S.A. of all fraudulently used purchase and/or loyalty vouchers. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. also reserves the right to take legal action against any conflicting User.
- PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE TO OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more of these promotions coincide on the same online purchase invoice, you will receive by email the voucher for the higher amount that you can use in your shop, at IKEA points or on the web. The voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivatable and non-transferable to anyone.
- PURCHASE VOUCHERS VALIDITY: Purchase voucher have two validity dates:
- Promotion date:validity period of the promotion.
- Redemption date of the voucher: date range in which the customer will be able to use the voucher in the online and/or in-person channel (shop or delivery point).
- SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Online shopping voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
- VOUCHER RECEIPT: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated.
- USE OF A PURCHASE VOUCHER: Paying for your purchase (or part of your purchase) with a purchase voucher or promotional code will be treated as a discount and will therefore be deducted from the taxable amount of your purchase.
- VOUCHER EXCHANGE: The exchange of the purchase vouchers never generates another purchase voucher (not appliable to gift cards).
