This cover is made from Knäbäck, a soft cotton and polyester fabric with a clear structure and a lively expression.
ESSEBODA bench stands out with soft seating comfort and fine design details. It can be matched with the sofa and footstool in the same series for more functions.
Turned legs and well-sewn seams give a timeless, elegant and crafted feel.
Store things in the generous space under the seat that you want hidden but still have close at hand. The seat automatically stays in the raised position so you can safely take out and put things back.
High-resilience foam in the seat makes the bench soft and comfortable to sit on.

The cover has a lightfastness level of 5-6 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.
This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 55,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.

“When I designed ESSEBODA, I wanted to make a sofa series that adds character to the room. It has a traditional, elegant look in a contemporary, relaxed style. It’s generous, soft and welcoming with a high back and thick seat, yet the expression is light with turned legs and upholstery details. And it combines a cozy rounded shape with functions like storage in the bench and lower armrests that are nice to rest your head on. Pure comfort – that’s confirmed when you sit down!”
