SJÖRAPPORT cold smoked salmon
Thanks to the slow cold smoking process, the salmon’s meat gets a smoked flavor and a firm texture, slightly oily that allows it to cut it in very thin slices.This is the perfect salmon to eat directly cold as an appetizer or a starter. We suggest you serve it with a bit of salad cut in julienne. The dill and lemon LÄCKERGOM sauce will give it the final touch.
SJÖRAPPORT cold cured smoked salmon
First, is cured with salt, sugar, dill and pepper. Then it’s smoked in cold, so that it is firmer than the cured salmon, but without losing its freshness. Besides, is less greasy than the cold smoked salmon, but with an equally soft smoke.In Sweden, during the Midsommar festivity, is very common to eat this salmon with crunchy KNÄCKEBRÖD RÅG rye bread slices.

Primero se cura en sal, azúcar, eneldo y pimienta. Después se ahúma en frío, por lo que es un poco más firme que el salmón curado, pero sin perder frescor. Además, es menos grasiento que el salmón ahumado en frío, pero con un ahumado igual de suave.En Suecia, durante la festividad del Midsommar, es muy común tomar este tipo de salmón sobre rebanadas de pan crujiente de centeno KNÄCKEBRÖD RÅG.
