The entity Ventajon S.A. along with Sarton Canarias S.A (“IKEA”) organize the following promotion, subjected to the present terms and conditions, adapted in accordance with current Spanish and regional legislation, including the personal data protection regulation.
1. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The promotion will have the Canary Islands as geographical scope, in their Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura establishments; and the Balearic Islands in their Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza establishments.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION:
Exclusive promotion for clients that make purchases in furniture and decoration (except delivery, installation and assembly services) with IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard in IKEA Tenerife, IKEA La Palma, IKEA La Gomera, IKEA El Hierro, IKEA Lanzarote, IKEA Fuerteventura, IKEA Mallorca, IKEA Menorca and IKEA Ibiza, web (www.islas.ikea.es), app IKEA and teleordering.
3. DURATION:
The promotion will be active exclusively on Friday 31/07/2026.
3.1. PARTICIPANTS:
Natural persons over 18 years old that own/are members of any of the card or programs indicated in point 2 (IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa, Ventajon Mastercard, IKEA Family and IKEA for your business) can participate in the present promotion. In the case that owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal entities, the participation will be performed through the duly authorized individual representative or proxy. People that do not meet the requirements indicated previously or that provide non-authorized data from third parties are excluded from this promotion. Participating in the promotion means the full acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
4. DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION:

Owners of IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard: 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) in CASH BACK over the amount of their purchase, deposited 35 days after end of month in which the purchase was made, according to fidelity general conditions (clause 4.1.), available on https://www.ikeafamily.net/condiciones-generales-de-ikea-family; non-compatible with other card discounts.

A purchase voucher does not generate more purchase vouchers (non-cumulative purchase voucher).
Monetary limits:

5. CHARACTERISTIC OF THE PRIZE:
Clients that own IKEA Family Mastercard and Ventajon Visa/Mastercard cards can benefit from a 10% in CASH BACK, composed of the usual 5% plus an additional 5%, which will be deposited in the associated bank account. In addition, owners of IKEA Family and IKEA for your business card will enjoy a 10% in purchase voucher to use at IKEA, according to the conditions and specifications gathered in the section named “Dynamics of the promotion”.
This promotion will be subjected to the terms and conditions established by the organizing entity, being applicable exclusively to purchases and transactions that meet the requirements indicated in these promotional terms and conditions.
Note: All expenses, withholdings, taxes, statements, or non-specified taxes related to enjoying the prize shall be at the customer's expense
6. PURCHASE VOUCHERS:
Exchanging the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
6.1 SPECIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTION:
a) Items included: The incentive only applies to purchases from the furniture and decoration category, expressly excluding delivery, installation and assembly services, as it is indicated in point 2. The items that, due to internal regulation or trade agreement, are expressly out of the promotion's scope will also be excluded. In case of doubt about the item inclusion, the clients can check at checkout or at customer service in the establishment.
b) Returns and vouchers: In case of a total and partial return from the purchase that has generated CASH BACK or a purchase voucher, the incentive corresponding to the refunded amount will be cancelled or reduced in the same proportion. Given that the purchase billing period is previous to the period of incentive payment, in practice the incentive will not be deposited to the client when the return is made during said period. In exceptional cases where the amount has already been issued or deposited before the return is registered, their amount will be discounted or claimed according fidelity general conditions, available at: https://www.ikeafamily.net/condiciones-generales-de-ikea-family.
c) Accreditation and validity period: For the purpose of the present promotion, every purchase registered in the system during the validity calendar day of said promotion will be validated, defined as the period between 00:00 h and 23:59 h (local time) of the day indicated in point 3. This criterion is applicable both to purchases made in a physical establishment as well as through the web, app or teleordering. In these last channels, the accreditation will be made through the registration of the transaction in the system linked to the account of the participant. The client must make sure that the purchase is registered under the owners of the promoting card. In case of incidence, they must keep the payment invoice and/or order confirmation as valid proof.
d) Maximum deadline to deliver the incentive: Without prejudice to the standard period for the payment of the incentive established in these conditions, stated in a maximum of thirty five (35) calendar days counted from the end of month in which the corresponding purchase was made, the organizing entity guarantees the effective delivery of the incentive will be made, in any case, within the maximum legally applicable period according to current state and/or regional regulation in terms of commercial promotions, prizes, incentives or promotional gifts.
If the applicable regulation establishes an inferior maximum period to the stated in these conditions, said legal period will be preferent and applied automatically, prevailing over any provision stated in these conditions.
e) Modality of incentive delivery: The CASH BACK corresponding to the owners of IKEA Family Mastercard, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard will be deposited in the bank account associated to the promoting card. The purchase vouchers corresponding to the owners of IKEA Family and IKEA for your business card will be delivered through the usual communication channel of the fidelity program (email, client area or app, as applicable). Purchase voucher will have a validity date and conditions of use that will be indicated in said voucher or in the general fidelity program conditions. In case of not receiving the incentive in the period estimated, the owner must contact customer service through the channels indicated in point 8 of these conditions.
f) Technical issues and system errors: In the event of a technical issue in the purchase registration system (app or web is down, error linking the card, loss of transaction data or other similar issues) that prevents the correct registration and/or deposit of the incentive, the affected owner must keep the payment invoice and/or order confirmation and communicate it to the customer service in a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date. The organizing entity will evaluate the incidence and, in case of crediting the valid purchase according to the promotion’s requirements, they will proceed to grant the incentive in the standard period established in these conditions. The organizing entity will not be responsible for technical issues outside the system that are attributable to the device, connectivity or service provider of the participant.

Ventajon S.A, and Sarton Canarias S.A. have established a joint controllership agreement setting out their respective responsibilities regarding data protection obligations, especially the ones regarding data subject rights handling, duty to inform, and promotional management. With what purpose will we process your data?

How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be preserved while the promotions management and legal periods to assist any responsibilities might last. Later, they will be suppressed or blocked according to the regulation.
What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
The terms and conditions for the processing is the exercise of the contractual relationship to manage the promotion and, in that case, the consent to send commercial information and to elaborate profiles.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
No transfers to third parties are foreseen, except under legal obligation. The providers that provide services for the managing of the promotion can have access to your data, acting as contracted data processors.
International transfers:
No international transfers are foreseen. If necessary, at any time they will be carried out in accordance with the GDPR requirements, and you will be informed in advance.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation, portability, and withdrawal of consent, addressing your request to lopd@ikeasi.com or via postal mail to the indicated domicile. In addition, you can file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations (www.aepd.es).
What happens if you don’t provide your data?
The participation in this promotion requires the processing of your personal data. If you do not provide the requested data, you cannot participate nor receive the corresponding incentive.
Who can participate?
Only physical persons over 18 years old can participate in this promotion. In the case that owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal entities (societies, communities of goods or other entities), the participation will be performed through the duly authorized individual representative or proxy, them being the interested party regarding GDPR. The data of the legal entity is not considered personal data for the purpose of GDPR, without prejudice to the protection applicable to the data of related physical persons. If data from minors is detected, said data will be eliminated immediately.

8. CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE:

The very participation in the promotion means the complete acceptance of the present conditions.

In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in their interpretation, common law will be applied and the participant can address Ventajon customer service (telephone: 928 925 233 / email: atencion@ventajon.com) or the corresponding Consumer Arbitration Board.

Non-compliance/Fraud:

The non-compliance with the present conditions or committing fraud will mean the immediate exclusion of the participant and cancelling all the acquired benefits, without rights to any compensation. For the purpose of the present condition, the following will be considered fraudulent conduct, among others: (i) using card that do not belong to the participant or which use is not authorized; (ii) making fictional, simulated purchases or purchases with the purpose of obtaining the incentive without real intention of acquisition; (iii) manipulation or altering the transaction data; (iv) receiving the incentive through subsequent return to the purchase that generated it with the purpose of obtained an unjustified benefit; and (v) any other conduct that, in the opinion of the organizing entity, constitutes an abusive or fraudulent use of the promotion. Detecting potential frauds can be performed through an analysis of purchase and returns patterns, verifying the ownership of cards and cross-referring data with internal management systems. In any case, the participant’s right to make complaints before the final resolution will be respected, without prejudice of the applicable personal data protection regulation.
9. APPLICABLE LAW:
The present conditions will be ruled according with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, the Organic Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, the regional regulation of consumer and user protection and any other applicable law.
