Shopping online at IKEA is very easy!

Simply go to www.islas.IKEA.es and choose your island.

At IKEA we work everyday to be closer to our customers. This is why besides the regular IKEA store, we have built smaller spaces where with just one look you can see from living rooms to bedrooms, from kitchens to bathrooms and have access to the range in a different way (hereinafter IKEA Pick-up point). In these Pick-up points, customers can see the most representative range and shop from the computers enabled for self-sales (hereinafter online kiosk), through the salespeople in the IKEA Pick-up point and/or through the web or IKEA INSPIRE app, pick up what you shopped online or from the IKEA store in your province.

It is important to read the procedure carefully before making your purchase since it'll differ according to:

To make an online shopping just go to the web of your island. Once there the shopping process is quite easy:

1. Get inspired through our website and choose the items you like the most.

You can find many items under sections of the top menu bar, as well as through new items and online inspiration.

2. Create your cart by marking the products you want to buy.

Remember that every time you choose or add an item to your shopping cart, it will be saved on top of the web, in "Shopping cart" indicating the number of items added and the aggregate amount of the purchase.
 

3. When your cart is complete, click on "Make order" and select:

  • Pick up Points (Menorca, Ibiza, La Palma, Fuerteventura, IKEA 7 Palmas and Tenerife Sur): Pick up at the IKEA Point or you can also request home delivery with the home delivery or parcel service. See delivery information and rates.
  • IKEA Tenerife and IKEA Gran Canaria stores: Pick up at the corresponding Store or IKEA points. You can also request home delivery     with the home delivery or parcel service. See delivery information and rates.
  • IKEA Mallorca and IKEA Lanzarote stores: Pick up at the IKEA store or you can also request home delivery with the home delivery or parcel service. See delivery information and rates.
  • La Gomera and el Hierro: Receive your free purchase at home with no minimum.
 

You can also choose assembly service.

Note: The assembly service must be paid once the list of items is paid.

4. Once your order is made, you'll be always informed of every order status.

You can check the status of your purchase through  My account > My orders.

Furthermore, you will be notified of every process by sms or email.

If you are a registered customer enter your information and click "Login", if your forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" and we will send you a new password to the e-mail address provided by you.

If you are a new customer, enter your email at "Dont´t have an account yet?" and click "Create account".

Now you can fill in the information required to pay for your purchase.

For the Island of Mallorca

If you order on this website, you can choose home delivery or in-store pickup.

If you request Home Delivery, you only need to indicate the payment method of your preference and accept shipping rates for each zone.

If you request to pick up your purchase , these are the conditions:

  • No minimum purchase amount.
  • You must provide some documents in order to pick up your order
  • Identification document
  • Simplified invoice (attached to your e-mail)
  • The credit card with which the purchase was made
  • If another person is picking up your order, they must bring a written authorization with your name and ID on it, as well as your full name and ID of the person authorized, added to the previously mentioned.
    • If you purchase between 9 am and 5:30pm, you can pick up your order in 2 hours.
    • If you purchase before 9 am, come pick up your order the same day as of 11 am
    • If you purchase later than 5:30 pm, come pick up your order the next day as of 11 am
    • If you purchase on weekends, you will be able to pick up your order on Monday as of 11 am
  • You will be notified by SMS and email about the status of your order
 

For the Island of Lanzarote

If you order on this website, you can choose home delivery or in-store pickup.

If you request Home Delivery, you only need to indicate the payment method of your preference and accept shipping rates for each zone.

If you request to pick up your purchase , these are the conditions:

  • No minimum purchase amount.
  • You can pick up your purchase on the following day for purchases made before 16:00 or in 48h, if you make your purchase after 16:00. Take into account that to pick up your purchase these must be working days.
  • You must submit certain documentation for picking up your purchase:
    • ID Card
    • Simplified invoice (attached in the e-mail)
    • Credit card used to pay for this purchase
  • You will be notified by SMS and email about the status of your order

For the Island of Tenerife and Gran Canaria

If you shop in this website, you can choose between home delivery (at a minimum additional cost) or free delivery at the corresponding IKEA Point or IKEA store.


If you request Home Delivery, you only need to indicate the payment method of your preference and accept shipping rates for each zone.

If you choose to pick up at the Pick-up Point (free service), we will let you know via text message and/or through e-mail when your purchase is ready for pick up. For your safety, in order to pick up your purchase, you will have to present your id, invoice and credit card with which you paid for this purchase.

If you choose to pick up at an IKEA store you can pick up your purchase on the following day for purchases made before 16:00 or in 48h. In purchases made from Monday to Saturday before 4pm you will be able to pick up your order the next working day. Saturdays after 4pm, Sundays or holidays it will be delivered in two working days. .

If somebody else comes to pick up your purchase for you, he/she must bring a written notification that shows your full name and ID, and the full name and ID of the authorised person mentioned before.

For islands of Ibiza, Menorca, La Palma and Fuerteventura

If you shop in this website, you just need to indicate the payment method you prefer and we ship your purchase to your IKEA Pick up Point for free, regardless of the amount.

For your safety, in order to pick up your purchase, you will have to present your id, invoice and credit card with which you paid for this purchase.

If somebody else comes to pick up your purchase for you, he/she must bring a written notification that shows your full name and ID, and the full name and ID of the authorised person mentioned before.

Just tell us how you prefer to make your purchase, through card payment or through our teleordering team where you may choose to purchase by phone or bank transfer.

Once purchase is made, with any of the three ways, we will ask for your address to ship your order for free (for a minimum purchase of 20€).

All transactions are carried out under a secure connection that guarantees confidentiality of all your data.

Once purchase has been processed you will receive an email from our Teleordering service with the order number for tracking, availability or items in stock, returns and exchanges policy, arrival dates of items.

You will get your furniture at home from the 72h of your purchase.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

CARD payment:

This option allows you to close the online purchase process, to do this we use La Caixa's payment server in a way that all the transactions are done under a safe connection. You can pay for your purchase with the credit or debit card you wish, Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000, Maestro española, IKEA FAMILY .

Remember that in order to make your online payments you will need the SAFE TRADE KEY that you will have to check in your bank, if you use the IKEA FAMILY card you can request it by calling Santander Consumer to the phone number 911 773 230 or accessing the link Santander Consumer Finance.

Besides, with the purpose of reducing fraud, to provide additional security and comply with the European norm to regulate electronic payment services (3D Secure 2), we have updated the protocol for payments with VISA and MasterCard. Because of that, in order to shop online with your credit or debit card, we need your address, email and phone number.

Pay through the Teleordering Team.

  • By phone: You can choose between paying with the IKEA FAMILY card or others. Then, our Teleordering department contacts you to conclude the purchase, arrange the delivery of the purchase and inform you about your order status.
  • Bank transfer: You can request a bank transfer, asking for payment through the Teleordering team. In this case, our agents will inform you of the situation of the payment, the order, availability or stock of the items, returns and exchanges policy, arrival dates of the items.

3.2 For shopping ONLINE with IKEA Pick-up Points Spanish Islands (Menorca, Ibiza, La Palma and Fuerteventura):

In order to make online shopping more comfortable in the islands where the IKEA store is not present, we send your goods for free to the Pick up Point, whatever the total amount of the purchase is. If you want home delivery for a minimal additional price, you can contract it directly through the purchase or by getting in contact with on 928 194 532.

3.3 For shopping in La Gomera and El Hierro:

You will only have to call 928 194 532 and our Phone Shopping team will assist you.

Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send your order in the indicated time and through the delivery option you chose and, in any case, in a maximum of 60 days starting the day the order was confirmed.

That's why you have 90 days to return your order if your not totally satisfied. Return it inside its original package, without having opened, assembled or used it.

If once you receive your order you are not satisfied with the service or the quality, or you simply changed your mind, you can exchange or return of the product in perfect conditions, without being assembled and in it´s original packaging, along with your invoice, no later than 90 days after the purchase was made. Once we receive the products in our stores and after checking the condition of the product, we wil proceed to return the amount of money payed through the same payment method used when the purchase was made.

Please note delivery fees are not refundable if the merchandise is returned.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw your order for no reason within the natural 14 days starting the day you or a third or a third party previously indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the purchased items (or from the last item or part deliverd in cases where it was a good formed by several parts). You will only be responsible of a devaluation of the goods if they were manipulated differently than they had to be, to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us Sarton Canarias S.A. at the address that appears in your purchase receipt, at the telephone number 928 194 532, writing us an email to csc.islas@ikeasi.com, going directly to the address that appears in the purchase receipt, or by return request form, your decision to withdraw from the contract

Consequences of withdrawal

Sarton Canarias S.A. will refund the product price and regular shipping expenses, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the information previously indicated. Sarton Canarias S.A. will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed. In any case, you will not have to take care of any fees that may arise from such refund. We are allowed to retain the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof of returning the products, depending on which one happens first.

Remember that you will have to return the products in perfect conditions and in their original packaging within the 14 days following the day in which you informed us of your withdrawal. Once we have received the products in our stores, and before checking the condition of the products, we will proceed to refund the amount.

Remember that unless you make a return directly at our IKEA stores or IKEA points, you should bear the direct costs of the return.

In addition to our Customer Service Department, there are claim forms available to our customers in our IKEA stores and Pick-up Points.
