1. ORGANIZING ENTITY
The entity Ventajon S.A. (CIF A35442904, social domicile: Autopista LPA - Gando Km.12, 35200 Telde, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria), herafter “Ventajon”, organizes the giveaway “Lanzarote Anniversary 2.000€” under the following conditions.
2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND DURATION
The geographical scope of the giveaway is the island of Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain). The participation will be active from 00:00 of the 15th of December 2025 until 23:59 hours of the 21st of December 2025 (Canary Islands official hour). Only the participations made during these period and time will be valid.
3. OBJECT AND MECHANISM OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway will be exclusively addressed to physical people, owners of the cards:
· IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard
· IKEA Family Fidelidad (emitida por Ventajon)
· IKEA para tu negocio (emitida por Ventajon)
· Ventajon VISA (emitida por Caixabank Payments & Consumer)
· Ventajon Mastercard (emitida por Pecunia Cards)
that make purchases in furniture and decorations during the period mentioned, only at the IKEA Lanzarote store, its web islas.IKEA.es, its IKEA Inspire app or through Teleordering.
Each paid and registered invoice with any of the participant card (format “SA-LZ-2025-xxxxxxxxxx”) gives right to one single daily participation in the giveaway during the indicated period.
Exclusions:
Are expressly excluded from participating:
· Workers or relatives to first degree of Ventajon, IKEA or associated businesses.
· People under 14 years old.
· Owners in a late payment situation, fraud, cancelled card, or any other irregular situation in the moment of extraction.
· Accounts opened fraudulently or with inaccurate or deceiving data.
· Any person that violates the present conditions. The terms and conditions will be public and will be available at www.ventajon.com/bases-sorteo-lanzarote2025
4. PRIZE
The prize consists of the return of the total amount for the purchases made in furniture and decoration by the winner at IKEA Lanzarote during the participation day, up to a maximum of 2.000 euros.
Modality of the delivery:
· If the purchase was paid with the participant payment card: return through “cashback” to the associated account.
· If the purchase was paid with the IKEA Family Fidelity or IKEA for your business card: refund through purchase voucher valid for IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands or www.islas.ikea.es, with a validity of 3 months and not exchangeable for money in cash.
· In the case that the purchase payment had been made in its totality or partially with a purchase voucher, the equivalent prize will be delivered also as a purchase voucher.
The prize is personal and non-transferable.
Expenses NOT included:
Any expense resulting from the acquisition of services not considered furniture and decoration or that exceeds 2.000€, will be responsibility of the awarded.
Tax matters:
The prize is subjected to the current Personal Income Tax regulation (Law 35/2006 and Regulation). Ventajon will perform the corresponding withholding and, in that case, will provide the winner with the tax certificate for its declaration.
5. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS AND SUBSTITUTES
Every day, between the 15th and 21st of December 2025, Ventajon will perform a giveaway through the platform www.sortea2.com, with public extraction certification, to determine the winner. The winning invoice number will be published on www.islas.IKEA.es and www.IKEAFamily.net.
If due any circumstance the winner cannot accept the prize, renounces to it or does not respond before the 1st of February 2026, Ventajon can declare the prize null or proceed to the substitute winner, communicating it in the same way.
6. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The organization will contact the winner before 24/12/2025 through the provided data. The delivery of the prize will be made during the month of January 2026 (not 2025), through a bank deposit or purchase voucher, according to its modality. The winner expressly renounces to the return of the awarded product when accepting the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, renounces to the prize or does not claim it before the 1st of February 2026, the prize will be considered null or will be delivered to the substitute winner.
7. WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND NULL PRIZE
Ventajon reserves the right to modify, cancel or suppress the giveaway due to justified reasons that prevent its adequate performance, as well as eliminating fraudulent participations. In the case that the prize acceptance cannot be possible for a reason not attributable to Ventajon, it will be declared null.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Liable: VENTAJON, S.A.
Purpose: Manage the promotion, communication with participants, delivery of the prize and possible promotional actions related to the giveaway.
Legitimation: Express consent from the participants when accepting the giveaway terms and conditions.
Addressees: No data will be ceded to third parties, except due to legal obligation.
Preservation: The data will be preserved during the validity of the promotions and the period legally demandable to assist possible responsibilities.
Rights: Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation, and portability, as well as remove their consent, contacting VENTAJON, S.A. (protecciondedatos@ventajon.com) or the social domicile before mentioned. Also, they can present a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). 9. USE OF NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS
With the very participation in the promotion, the winners give express consent to use and publish their name, surnames and image in the media and official profiles of Ventajon, IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, only and exclusively in relation with this giveaway and without right to economical compensation.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS
Ventajon can modify said terms and conditions or add annexes if they are justified, do not damage the participant or are rightly communicated. Any attempt of fraudulent intervention in the promotion will mean the exclusion of said participant.
11. JURISDICTION AND APPLIABLE LAW
The present promotion is ruled by the current Spanish regulations. For any resolution of controversies, the parts that are submitted to Courts of the participant and consumer domicile, except they expressly choose other jurisdiction.
12. DEPOSIT AND DIFUSION OF THE CONDITIONS
These conditions will be deposited and available publicly in the official webpage of Ventajon and, where applicable, the obligations of deposit in a registry/notarial deed will be fulfilled in accordance with Canary Islands regional legislation, if required. Winners may be published on IKEA's social media accounts.
