What happens if I cannot pay in time?

If we cannot charge the payment in the scheduled date, we will try again. If that attempt also fails, the unmade payment will be added to the next scheduled payment amount.

Consider that unmade payments can generate commissions and unpaid debts can be sent to collection. Read our conditions for more details.

Do you need a few more days?

You can postpone the date of your next payment just once per order:

1. See Payments

2. Select the order you want to pay later.

3. Press on Payment options and then on Extend expiration date.

If you are having issues paying or has occurred any complication, contact us. Together, we can find a right payment plan.

How can I pay?

When you select Pay in 3 instalments, the instalments are charged automatically to the associated card according to the agreed payment plan, but you can advance them anytime.

When you select Pay in 30 days, the invoice is paid by logging in the app. You can choose between paying it instantly, when the invoice expires or pay one part.

To make payments in the app:

1. Go to Purchases.

2. Browse to the purchase you want to pay.

3. Press Options and fofllow the instructions.

For your information:

You can also pay with Apple Pay in the app.

We accept all most used credit and debit cards.

You cannot cancel a payment while it is being processed.

When paying your financing invoice, you have to pay the minimum amount to keep the promotional conditions of your financed purchases.

When does my payment expire?

The first payment is charged when you make it on the store's web, the 2 payments left are scheduled every 30 days.

Log in the app to check when your payment expires:

1. Go to payments.

2. Select the order to see the payment information.

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail when the store has confirmed it and you will also receive payment reminders via e-mail and app.

For your information: Download the app and activate notifications so you will not forget any payment.

I received an error message when trying to pay. What can I do?

If your payment has failed or you have received an error message in the app, follow these steps to solve the problem.

Invalid card

First, verify if your associated card has expired or has been locked or cancelled. Log in the app to update or change the data of your associated card:

1. Go to Orders.

2. Select your order.

3. Select Change card

Technical error

If you receive an error message when paying in the app, spend a moment checking the following:

Verify that you are using the app's last version.

Delete your browser's cookies.

Make sure that you are not using a limited or restricted network (for example, a work connection).

Check that you have enough account balance to make the payment.

Authentication error of two factors

If the card issuer has requested that you authenticate your identity for a Klarna payment, make sure to follow the indications to redirect yourself to the payment approval.

If you don't follow the authentication indications of two factors, you will receive an error message and you will not the able to proceed with the purchase. Therefore, you will have to make your order again but following the indications.

Insufficient balance

If we cannot receive the payment in the scheduled date, we will try again, so make sure to have your associated card updated and with enough balance for the scheduled payment.

Consider: If your payment fails, you will receive an email with information about how to resume it.

Why Klarna has not approved my payment?

The reason is shown in a pop-up message that appears when making the purchase if your payment is not approved by Klarna. Make sure to follow the instruction in the pop-up message before trying to make another purchase.

We understand that it might be frustrating if the Klarna payment options are not available when making the purchase, especially after it was accepted in the past. We are evaluating different factors in real time to help our clients balance the risk of debt and maintain the control of their expenses. Have the certainty that rejected purchases do not affect our credit score.

Important: Data points are commonly considered in automatized decisions for the approval of the services Purchase now, pay later (BNPL) include:

Income.

Employment stability.

Expenses pattern.

Residence state.

Verification of age and identity.

Balance history.

Affordability evaluation.

Savings and investments.

Outstanding balance.

Take into account that every purchase generates a new automatic approval evaluation, therefore, a decline does not mean that your future purchases will also be declined.

Our customer service agents have no additional information about the reason of the automatic decline, based on data of decisions from the credit agency, and they cannot change nor influence in the decision.

Who can use Klarna?

To use Klarna, you must:

Reside in Spain.

Be at least 18 years old.

Have a valid bank account.

Have the right credit history.

Be able to receive verification codes via text message.

How does Pay in 3 work?

Pay in 3 will allow you to distribute the value of the purchase in 3 instalments. Each instalment will be automatically charged from the debit or credit card with which you registered at checkout. The first instalment is charged when the business confirms your order, followed by the second and third instalment, that will be charged 30 and 60 days after, respectively.

Can I use Pay in 3?

To use Pay in 3 you must be a least 18 years old. Although it is highly advertised as payment method, Pay in 3 in subjected to financial circumstances. If you choose Pay in 3, our evaluation will not affect your credit qualification.

What is Financing and how does it work?

Financing allows you pay for your purchase in several fixed monthly payments up to 12 months.

How to finance your purchase:

1. Select the option Financing in the payment of the store.

2. Choose your preferred term and the interest rate.

3. Follow the steps to complete your request.

4. Receive an instant approval decision.

5. Complete your purchase.

You will receive an email with your payment plan when the store sends your order.

Good to know:

The credit verification will be made when you request our Financing options.

The delayed or remaining payments can be subjected to debits.

When do I pay?

Your first financing payment will expire a month after the store processes your order and later on monthly on the same date every month until the state of your account is completely paid.

Why do I need to verify my data when paying?

We request you to verify your data to make sure that your information and the purchases associated with your email are transmitted safely.

These are the alternatives to which we can appeal to verify your data:

We will send you a verification code via email to verify your email address.

We will send a letter via email to verify your mailing address.

We will send you a verification code via SMS to verify your telephone number.

We will ask you to log in your bank account to verify your identity.

We will ask you to load an identification with a picture with a selfie.

What is PSD2?

The PSD2 (Payment Services Directive) strengthens security in online payments with the requirement of a strong customer authentication (SCA) procedure. Due to this regulation, you will have to confirm through a second authentication step (authentication of two factors). For example, through a fingerprint in the online bank account or an additional verification code.
