Ingredients
- 8 HUVUDROLL meatballs
- 2 pcs GRÄDDAT soft thin bread
- 1 handful of peas
- 1 bunch of lamb's lettuce
- Jalapeño (to taste)
- Ketchup
- Melted cheese
Preparation
- Bake the meatballs in the oven (or if you prefer, in a frying pan with oil for a few minutes).
- Heat the polar bread in the oven at 180º for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the burritos by adding the meatballs, peas, lamb's lettuce and chopped jalapeños to the polar bread.
- Finish with a little ketchup and cheese.
