Baked salmon
Surprise everyone with this delicious and easy recipe of baked salmon. It is a simple but nutritive dish, that all your family will love. INGREDIENTS
1 red onion
1 kg of small potatoes
15 green asparagus
A bunch of parsley
Dill to your liking
Extra virgin olive oil
500 g of SJÖRAPPORT salmon fillets
4 Serves 45 mins.
STEP BY STEP
Preheat the oven to 180º
Clean and cut the potatoes in half if they are small, and in 4 if they are big.
Clean the asparagus and cut the white part.
Cut the onions in julienne strips.
Season the potatoes, add a little bit of AOVE and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Once the time has passed, in the same oven tray, add the salmon, asparagus, onion, chopped parsley with a little bit of dill, salt, pepper and AOVE for 10 more minutes.
