The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter IKEA), with CIF A35474832 and social domicile at Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212. Telde (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), organizes the present promotional action under the name of “Show off your IKEA space!”, according to the conditions described here.
1. PURPOSE OF THE ACTION
The purpose of this action is inviting users to share true pictures of their homes with IKEA solutions, fostering inspiration among clients and creating editorial contest for the IKEA Family magazine issue nº128.
2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The action will have the Canary and Balearic Islands as geographical scope.

4. DURATION OF THE ACTION AND KEY DATES
The action will be active from the 1st of October until the 15th of November 2025. During this period, participants must share their pictures on Instagram following the established participation mechanism.
The selection of winning pictures will be made after the participation period has finished and it will be subjected to production schedules and editorial deadlines of next issue of the IKEA Family magazine.
The people selected will be contacted starting from the 16th of November 2025, through private message on Instagram, and their names or profiles can be communicated through the IKEA Islands official channels.
4. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
To participate, the people interested must:
- Publish a picture of a space of their home decorated or furnished with IKEA products.
- Use the hashtag #IKEAislas on the post of their Instagram public account.
- Follow on Instagram the profile @ikea_baleares_canarias.
Participations sent via private message or by private profiles are not allowed.
5. EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
The selection will not be made via raffle, but by through an internal evaluation made by the marketing and advertising IKEA team.
It will be considered:
- Visual quality of the image
- Creativity and style
- Integration of the IKEA products in an attractive and significative way
- Potential inspiration for other clients
The IKEA Islands team will choose a limited number of 3 pictures to be published in the IKEA Family magazine issue nº 129.
6. PRIZE
People whose pictures are selected to appear in the magazine will receive:
- A purchase voucher valued in 50€, exchangeable at stores, points, islas.IKEA.es and teleordering at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands.
- The publication of their pictures in the IKEA Family magazine (mentioning their name or user if they wish so).
The prize is nominative and will not be transferred to third parties. It can neither be exchangeable for money in cash. In the case that due to any circumstance the winner cannot or does not want to accept the prize or renounces to it, IKEA can proceed to designate the next winner as substitute according to what has been established in the present conditions.
The purchase voucher is non-transferable and must be used in its totality by the winners at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores and points or at the web www.islas.IKEA.es.
The purchase voucher amount cannot be used to compensate outstanding balance for purchases financed with credit cards, to pay for delivery or assembly services nor it will be exchangeable for another one or its value in cash.
The Organization is not responsible in case of loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher and the clients exempts the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of accepting or using the Purchase voucher or participating in the Promotion.
Using a purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
7. COMMUNICATION WITH THE PEOPLE SELECTED
IKEA will contact the people selected through private message on Instagram during the first fortnight of November. Their personal data will be requested for the prize management. If there is no answer in a period of 7 calendar days, a substitute image will be selected.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS ASSINGMENT
When participating, the authors of the pictures cede to SARTON CANARIAS for free the rights of use, reproduction, publication and diffusion of said images with promotional and editorial purposes, both on printed and digital media (magazine, social media, web, etc.), always related to this action.

APPLIABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express
waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.

The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
