The entity Ventajon (CIF A35442904. Autopista LPA - Gando Km.12. 35200 Telde. Las Palmas, Gran Canaria) hereafter Ventajon, organizes the “IKEA Family Month” Giveaway under the following conditions:
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope.
PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
This is an exclusive contest for those people that, from 01/10/2025 until 31/10/2025, have made purchases in furniture and decoration with their IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard, IKEA Family Fidelity issued by Ventajon, IKEA for your business issued by Ventajon, Ventajon VISA issued by Caixabank payments & consumer, or Ventajon Mastercard issued by Pecunia Cards, at the stores IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, the web islas.IKEA.es, IKEA Inspire app and through the teleordering service at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands.
The ”IKEA Family Month” giveaway will be celebrated from the 1st to the 31st of October 2025. Ventajon will perform a giveaway daily, through the platform www.sortea2.com and with public extraction certificate, the designation of the corresponding winner at every participation day.
The prize will consist in the return of the amount of the purchases made by the winner the corresponding day, with an independent prize for each one of the four markets defined regarding this giveaway:
- IKEA Santa Cruz de Tenerife: La Laguna, Tenerife Sur, La Palma, El Hierro and La Gomera
- IKEA Gran Canaria: Telde, La Mareta
- IKEA Lanzarote and IKEA Fuerteventura
- IKEA Baleares: Palma de Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza
In consequence, every giveaway day there will be a maximum of four prizes, one per each big market, resulting in 124 winners in total.
If by any justified cause it is not possible to perform the giveaway on the previously established date, this will be performed on the next business day after the respective scheduled date.
The object prize of the promotion ins the return of the amount of all the purchases in furniture and decoration at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands that have been made by the winner in each market, up to a maximum of 2.000€ per client. In the case that the same person is assigned as winner more than one day during the promotional period, the total maximum amount to return will still be 2.000€ per client for the whole month.
DURATION
The participation period of the “IKEA Family Month” giveaway is from 01/10/2025 to 31/10/2025.
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION
To participate in the “IKEA Family Month” promotion you must make purchases in furniture and decoration with the IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard, IKEA Family Fidelity issued by Ventajon, IKEA for your business issued by Ventajon, Ventajon VISA issued by Caixabank Payments & Consumer or Ventajon Mastercard issued by Pecunia Cards, at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands stores, the web islas.IKEA.es, with the Teleordering service and the IKEA Inspire app, from 01/10/2025 to 31/10/2025ñ Each invoice with format “SA-2025-xxx-xxxxxxxxxx" deposited or registered to any of the card here mentioned will result into a participation in the giveaway.
The winner invoice number each day and of each one of the four big markets defined in these conditions will be assigned by Ventajon through extraction at the www.sortea2.com platform, with public extraction certificate, and it will be publish at the webpages www.islas.IKEA.es and www.IKEAFamily.net.
Previous registration by the winner consumers, Ventajon will refund the purchases amount, up to a maximum of 2.000€ per client for the whole month, to the owners of the winner invoices that have made their purchases with the payment cards included in this promotion. The refund will be issued in CASH BACK for clients with participant payment cards, as it is stated in the general conditions of the IKEA Family or Ventajon program, or by a purchase voucher in the case of IKEA Family Fidelity and IKEA for your business cards, according to what has been indicated in these conditions.
In the case that the purchase is made partially or totally with a purchase voucher, the return of
the prize will be performed in the same way, generating a new purchase voucher for the
amount paid through this payment method.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRIZES
Ventajon will assign daily, through extraction at the www.sortea2.com platform and with public extraction certificate, the corresponding winners to each one of the four big markets defined for the promotion:
- IKEA Santa Cruz de Tenerife: La Laguna, Tenerife Sur, La Palma, El Hierro and La Gomera
- IKEA Gran Canaria: Telde, La Mareta
- IKEA Lanzarote and IKEA Fuerteventura
- IKEA Baleares: Palma de Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza
The winners of each market that have made their purchases in furniture and decoration at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands in the corresponding date to their awarded invoice, with the payment card included in this promotion, will be deposited their purchases amount, up to 2.000€ per clients for the whole month, in CASH BACK according to the general conditions of the IKEA Family program.
The clients that have made their purchases registering in these the IKEA Family Fidelity or IKEA for your business cards, will receive the refund through purchase voucher exchangeable for furniture and decoration at IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands or at www.islas.IKEA.es. The voucher will be valid for different purchases until the balance is used up, it will have a validity of three months since its emission, it will be personal and non-transferable and it cannot be exchanged by money in cash. The clients can check their voucher at https://www.islas.ikea.es/client.
Regarding the participation, only the invoices that correspond to purchases made with the cards included in this promotion will be considered.
Will not be entitled to the prize:
The owners that are in a situation of debt, with the card canceled or any other irregular situation in the moment of the extraction.
Owners that make perform fraudulent actions in the present promotion.
PRIZE DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Their condition of winners will be communicated to the clients the next day after making the purchase. Except in purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
In addition, the winners may be mentioned and/or posted on IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands
official social media.
The participant can check the web of IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands the winning purchases every day. The clients must register in a form to have the option to receive the prize in exchange of renouncing to the rights of change and/of return of the acquired goods, to which they will have up to the 7th of November. In the case they do not fill the acceptance of the prize, it will be understood that they have renounced to it, making the giveaway null for this market that day. The prize will not be delivered in the cases in which the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim it before the 7th of November or expressly renounces to it.
The deposit into the bank account to the owners of IKEA Family Santander Consumer
Mastercard, Ventajon VISA issued by Caixabank Payments & Consumer, or Ventajon
Mastercard issued by Pecunia Cards, will be made during the month of December 2025, as well
as the delivery of the purchase vouchers to the owners of the IKEA Family Lite issued by
Ventajon or the IKEA for your business card issued by Ventajon.
The prize is personal and non-transferable.
It will be applied the Law 35/2006, 28th of November, for the Personal Income Tax, or in that case, the Legislative Royal Decree 5/2004, 5th March, by which the consolidated text of the Non-Resident Income Tax is approved, as well as their respective Regulations and other development regulations; or, failing that, the taxation regulations in force appliable to tax residents and non-residents in Spain.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. APPLIABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. VENTAJON and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for any controversy that might occur between both.
2. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
VENTAJON reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.
In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain VENTAJON can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
3. IDENTIFICATION:
The identity of the participants and winners will be exclusively credited by means of official documents (ID, passport or another identification document).
4. PRIZES:
The prize that is granted by giveaway is non-transferable. In the case that due to any circumstance the winner cannot or won’t accept the prize, or renounces to it, this will be declared null.
5. DELIVERING THE PRIZES:
The prize is nominative and will be delivered according to the conditions indicated in the Contest conditions.

7. USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by VENTAJON, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having VENTAJON give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
8. RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS: VENTAJON
reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
9. GENERAL:
Any attempt of betting or similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed or robotic registration is allowed. VENTAJON will not responsible for any error or omission in the contest advertisement.
