The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter, “IKEA”), with TIN A-35474832 and domicile in Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organizes the present giveaway named “Win a free purchase with IKEA Family”, that will be performed in accordance with the following conditions:
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have the Canary and Balearic Islands as geographical scope.
PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
The purpose of the present promotion if performing a giveaway exclusively addressed to the members of the IKEA Family club that make purchases at the Canary and Balearic Islands markets during the “Family Week” celebration, from the 11th to the 17th of May 2026.
The giveaway has the purpose of incentivize the participation of IKEA Family clients and thank their fidelity, offering as a prize a refund of the total amount of one of the purchases made during the promotional period, with a maximum limit of 2.000€, in accordance with the established present conditions.
VALIDITY PERIOD
The action will be valid during the 11th of May 2026 to the 17th of May 2026, both included.
PARTICIPANTS
All physical people, over 18 years old, owners of the IKEA Family club that make purchases at any of the stores and points IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, www.islas.IKEA.es, IKEA Inspire app, as well as teleordering within the promotional period, can participate in the Promotion, without minimum purchase amount, being the participation automatically registered as long as the purchase has been made by correctly linking the client’s IKEA Family number.
Workers from the organizing company or their direct relatives cannot participate, as well as distribution companies or external collaborators.
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION
The purchases validly made by members of the IKEA Family club between the 11th of May 2026 and 17th of May 2026, both included. Every purchase made during the promotional period will generate one (1) participating in the giveaway, as long as said purchases has been registered with the corresponding IKEA Family number, with IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA Business or Ventajon. No additional registration or forms will be required to participate.
The giveaway will be celebrated the 20th of May 2026 at the IKEA Gran Canaria offices, through the platform www.randompicker.com, where a winner and a substitute winner will be designated among all generated valid participations.
Before finally validating the winner, the organization will verify their compliance with the requirements established in these terms and conditions. If the winner does not comply with these conditions, cannot be located within the established periods or renounces to the prize, it will be assigned to the substitute winner. If that were not possible either, the prize will become null.
PRIZE
The prize object of this promotions consists in the refund of the deposited amount for a purchase at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, with a maximum limit of 2.000 euros.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, being forbidden its transfer, sale or any other form of transmission to third parties. It cannot be exchanged for money in cash nor by any other product or service that is different from the one specified in the present conditions.
The delivery of the prize will be performed through the same payment method used in the original purchase, once the giveaway is solved and the winner is validated, and the compliance of the requirements established in the terms and conditions.
Additional services acquired along with the kitchen, like delivery, assembly, IKEA Specialist or IKEA Design are excluded from the refund amount, as well as any other services accessory not included specifically in the promotion.
Enjoying the prize will be subjected to the current tax legislation, applying the corresponding withholdings and payments on account, according the indicated in the taxes section of these conditions.
Participating in the giveaway and accepting the prize means the winner agrees with the terms and conditions established in this document. In the case the winner does not comply with the demanded requirements or renounces to the prize, it will be assigned to the designated winner, or failing that, it will become null.
COMMUNICATING THE WINNERS
As soon as the giveaway has been performed the winners will be announced via telephone, having to attend the same IKEA Point or store where they have made their purchase, in a maximum period of a week to pick up their prize. If the period ends and they have not visited the store or IKEA Point to pick up their prize, we will pass to the substitute winner, being the prize null if none of them attend.

The giveaway will be advertised on several media, including:

Web, in the promotions and conditions section, as well as in the Kitchens section and the IKEA Family landing.

Communication at the IKEA store and points, through billboards, informative flyers and digital screens.

IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands official social media, through posts in Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.

Email marketing, with mailing addressed to members of the IKEA Family Club.

IKEA App notifications, informing about the promotion and giveaway details.
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to extend or modify the communication channels used for the diffusion of the giveaway if they deem it appropriate.

TAXES
The prizes object of this giveaway are subjected to what is stated in the current tax legislation. Sarton Canarias SA shall withhold and make the corresponding payment on account regarding the prize awarded and, in due course, it will issue the appropriate certification that provides the participant with the compliance of their tax obligations when adding in their personal income tax return the performance linked to the prize received, along with the rest of incomes received, and from whose total tax liability the amount shown in the aforementioned income on account certificate may be deducted as already paid.
NAME AND IMAGE USE OF THE WINNERS
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any attempt of betting, or similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed or robotic registration is allowed. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. will not be held responsible for any error or omission in the contest advertisement.
RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
APPLIABLE LAW
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.
In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law.
