SCOPE OF THE DRAW:

DRAW PARTICIPATION:
Participants must complete a form available on the website www.islas.ikea.es, accessible by scanning the QR code included in the communication of the IKEA Ibiza Anniversary activities.
Participation is open to all customers who make a purchase on 7 November 2025, as well as to those collecting an order on that same date.
Each email address may participate only once. To validate participation, entrants must confirm their email as indicated during the participation process.
DEADLINE FOR PARTICIPATION:
14 November 2025.
DRAW DATE:
18 November 2025.
COMMUNICATION:
The draw mechanics will be communicated as part of the promotional actions related to the 15th Anniversary of IKEA Ibiza. These actions will be promoted through various online channels, social media, and/or the official website.
PRIZE:
One IKEA Gift Card worth €150, to be used at IKEA Ibiza or at www.islas.ikea.es for furniture and accessories purchases.
The gift card is valid until 31 December 2025.
The gift card is non-transferable and must be used in full by the customer at any IKEA store or collection point in the Balearic or Canary Islands, or on www.islas.ikea.es.
The amount of the gift card cannot be used to settle outstanding balances on financed purchases, to pay for transport or assembly services, nor can it be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
The Organisers are not responsible for the loss or theft of the gift card. By accepting or using the card, the customer releases the Organisers from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or from the use of the gift card.
The use of a gift card does not generate new gift cards.
SELECTION OF THE WINNER:
The draw will be carried out at the IKEA offices in Telde, Gran Canaria, using the website https://www.randompicker.com.
Once the draw has taken place, the winner will be contacted by phone and must appear at the same IKEA store or IKEA Point where the purchase was made within one week to collect the prize.
If the deadline passes without the winner visiting the store, the prize will be offered to an alternate. If neither the winner nor the alternate collects the prize, it will be forfeited.
Employees of IKEA stores and their direct family members are not eligible to participate in this draw.

This promotion is governed by current Spanish legislation and by these Terms and Conditions.
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction, for any dispute that may arise.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to make modifications or add annexes to the mechanics and prizes of this promotion, provided such changes are duly justified or do not harm participants, and are communicated properly.
In the event of exceptional circumstances of force majeure, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. may cancel the promotion, communicating this decision to consumers in the same manner.
