The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A., through the IKEA Family magazine is making a poll among their readers that awards them with the celebration of three giveaways under the following conditions:
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:

GIVEAWAY ANNOUNCEMENT:
The dynamic of the action will be announced in the IKEA Family edition (April- June 2023) that will be available on paper and online since del 1/4/2023. The release of said magazine and the giveaway included will be announced on different online channels like social networks and/or web page.

GIVEAWAY PARTICIPATION:
To enter all the giveaways, the participants must fill in the form on the web www.islas.ikea.es which they can acces through the url or scanning the QR code that will accompany the announcement in the magazine, both in the paper and the online version. Once each giveaway is done, the winner will be contacted via telephone or email.
DEADLINE TO PARTICIPATE:
We will establish three giveaway dates during the validity period of the magazine, being these:
Giveaway 1: 30th of April 2023
Giveaway 2: 31st of May 2023
Giveaway 3: 30th of June 2023
GIVEAWAY DATE:
Giveaway 1: 1st of May 2023
Giveaway 2: 5th of June 2023
Giveaway 3: 3rd of July 2023
PRIZE:
3 IKEA purchase vouchers valued in 300€ each, one per giveaway, to use in Stores or IKEA Points Balearic and Canary Islands or in www.islas.ikea.es on furniture and accessories.
The validity of each purchase voucher is the following:
Purchase voucher giveaway 1: Valid until 1/08/2023
Purchase voucher giveaway 2: Valid until 5/09/2023
Purchase voucher giveaway 3: Valid until 3/10/2023
The purchase voucher is non transferable and has to be used by the client in its totality at stores and IKEA points of Balearic and Canary Islands and or at the web www.islas.ikea.es
The amount of the purchase voucher cannot be used to compansate outstanding balance by purchases financed with credit cards, to pay transportation or assemblage services nor it will be exchangeable for another voucher or its value in cash.
The Organizers are not held responsible in case of loss or sustraction of the purchase voucher and the clients absolves the Organizers from any responsability as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase voucher and the participation in the Promotion.
The use of a purchase voucher will never generate new purchase vouchers.
CHOOSING THE WINNERS:
Once the giveaway is donde the winners will be announced via email and sms, having to attend the same IKEA Point or Store where they have done the purchase, in a maximum of one week to get their prize. If the deadline arrives and they have not attended we will contact the substitute winner. The prize will not be awarded if none of them appear.
Workers related to the IKEA stores and their relatives cannot participate on the present giveaway.
The winner of the giveaway will be advertised in several means: web, store communication and IKEA points as well as social networks.
APPLIABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. and participants in this promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between the both of them.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communciated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. give any economic compesantion to the winner because of this.
