The entity Ventajon S.A., with CRN A-35442904 and domicile at autopista Las Palmas Gando KM12 – 35219 Telde (hereafter, “VENTAJON”), along with the entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter, “IKEA”), with CRN A-35474832 and domicile at Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organize the following giveaway, subject to the present terms and conditions, adapted in accordance with current Spanish legislation and regional regulations, including the data protection regulation.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will take place at IKEA 7 Palmas, Canary Islands, as its geographical scope.
OBJECT OF THE GIVEAWAY:
The object of the present promotion is the performance of a giveaway addressed to the members of IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business and Ventajon (Visa and Mastercard) that make purchases at IKEA 7 Palmas during their 5th Anniversary celebration, the 26th of September 2026.
The purpose of the giveaway is to incentivise the participation of IKEA Family clients and thank them for their loyalty, offering as a prize a refund of the total amount of one of their purchases made during the promotion period, with a maximum limit of €1,500, according to the conditions established in the present terms and conditions.
PARTICIPANTS:
All individuals over 18 who hold an IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business, or Ventajon (Visa and Mastercard) card can participate in the giveaway by making purchases at IKEA 7 Palmas, on the website www.islas.ikea.es, via the IKEA Inspire app, or through teleordering during the promotional period with no minimum purchase amount required. Participation is registered automatically as long as the purchase is made by correctly linking the customer's card or membership number.
Employees of the organising company or their direct relatives cannot participate, nor distributing companies or external collaborators.
GIVEAWAY MECHANICS:
All valid purchases made by members of IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business or Ventajon on the 26th of September 2026 will participate in the giveaway. Every purchase made during the promotional period will generate one (1) giveaway participation, provided that said purchase has been registered with the number of IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business or Ventajon. It is not necessary to make any additional registration nor to fill in forms to participate.
The giveaway will take place the 1st of October 2026 at the IKEA La Mareta offices (Gran Canaria), through the platform www.sortea2.com, where a winner and substitute winner will be designated among all generated valid participations.
Before validating the winner conclusively, the organization will verify their compliance with the requirements established in these conditions. In the case the winner does not comply with said conditions, cannot be located within the stated periods or renounces the prize, it will be designated to the substitute winner. If it is not possible either, the prize will become null.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Only purchases that, on the giveaway celebration date and at the moment of validation of the winner, have not been cancelled or returned, partially or totally, will be valid.
If the purchase that has resulted in a winning participation is cancelled or returned later, the winner will lose their right to the prize. In such an event, the person listed as the substitute winner will be contacted, in accordance with the procedure established in these Conditions.
Additionally, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to verify the validity of the purchase associated with the winning participation and to request, when applicable, the relevant supporting documentation.
PRIZE:
The prize object of this promotion consists of the return of the amount paid for a purchase at IKEA 7 Palmas, with a maximum limit of 1,500 euros.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, being forbidden its transfer, sale or any other form of transfer to third parties. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or different service to the one specified in the present conditions.
The delivery of the prize will be performed through the same payment method used in the original purchase, i.e., through purchase voucher in the case of IKEA Family and IKEA for your business, and through CASH BACK in the case of IKEA Family Mastercard and Ventajon; once the giveaway has been resolved and the compliance to the requirements established in these conditions are validated.
For tax purposes, the prize will be treated as follows depending on the distribution channel:

When the prize is effective through CASH BACK (IKEA Family Mastercard and Ventajon), said amount will be considered a gross prize, deducting therefrom the withholding tax on account of Personal Income Tax (IRPF) as legally required (currently, 19%), so that the winner will receive through bank transfer the prize amount reduced in said withholding.

When the prize is materialised through purchase voucher (IKEA Family and IKEA for your business) its value will be considered a net amount for the winner, the corresponding payment on account being assumed by SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (currently, 19%), without such tax cost reducing the value of the voucher delivered.
Additional services acquired during the purchase (like delivery, assembly, installation, IKEA Specialist or IKEA Design) as well as other additional services not included expressly in the promotion are excluded from the refund amount.
Participating in the giveaway and accepting the prize mean the winner’s conformity with the terms and conditions established in this document. If the winner does not comply with the established requirement or renounces the prize, it will be assigned to the substitute winner, or failing that, it will become null.
COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNERS:
As soon as the giveaway is performed, the winner will be announced via telephone, having to attend IKEA 7 Palmas, in a maximum period of a week, to pick up their prize. If the period ends and they have not visited the store to pick up their prize, it will pass to the substitute winner, being the prize null if none of them appear.

Who can participate?
Only natural persons over 18 years old can participate in this promotion. In the case that owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal entities, the participation will be performed through the duly authorized individual representative or proxy, who will be considered the data subject for GDPR purposes. If data from minors is detected, said data will be eliminated immediately.

TAXES:
The prizes object of this giveaway will be subject to what has been stated on current tax legislation. Sarton Canarias S.A, along with Ventajon S.A., will comply, where applicable, with the tax obligations legally corresponding to the delivery of the prizes and, when appropriate, will make the corresponding withholding or payment on account. Likewise, it will issue the timely tax certificate to the winner, when legally required, for the purpose of fulfilling their tax obligations.
USE OF NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
The Organization can request the winner to provide a specific authorization, voluntary and independent to the prize acceptance, to use their image in communication materials exclusively related to the present giveaway. The winner may refuse or object to such use without it affecting in any way their right to receive the prize.
When delivering the prize, the winner will be requested to sign a specific consent document to use, publish and reproduce their name and image, in which they will be informed in a clear, prior and separate manner from the acceptance of these terms and conditions. APPLICABLE LAW:
This promotion is governed by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. For any controversy that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these conditions, current regulations on the protection of consumers and users shall apply, and participants who qualify as consumers may bring their claims before the courts with jurisdiction over their place of residence, without prejudice to their right to file a claim with the appropriate Consumer Arbitration Board.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, if they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.
In the event of circumstances of extreme seriousness, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and VENTAJON S.A. may cancel the promotion, informing consumers accordingly.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS:
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
