GIVEAWAY PARTICIPATION:
To enter the giveaway, participants must register once in the form placed at the web www.islas.IKEA.es that they can access by scanning the QR code included in the cards of the “Scratch cards: IKEA FESTIVAL” action.
The workers linked to the IKEA stores and their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest.
GIVEAWAY ACTIVATION DATE:
The giveaway will be active from the 25th of July to the 1st of August 2026.

PRIZE:
An IKEA purchase voucher valued in 300 euros valid until the 31st of August 2026, to use at the Stores or Points IKEA Canary Islands and at www.islas.IKEA.es in furniture and accessories.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher and the clients exempts the Organizers of any responsibility because of the acceptance or use of the Purchase voucher or the participation in the Promotion.
Using a purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

CHOOSING THE WINNER:
Once the participation period has ended, a random giveaway will be made at the IKEA La Mareta offices (Gran Canaria), through the Random Picker platform (https://www.randompicker.com), with all the valid registrations made. In said giveaway a winner (1) and two (2) substitute winners will be assigned, by order of extraction.
Once the giveaway is performed, we will contact the winner using the data provided during their participation. Up to three contact attempts will be made in different days and time slots, during a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the giveaway date. The prize will be understood as accepted on the moment an effective contact is made with the winner and when they confirm their acceptance.
In the case of not being able contact the winner within the established period, if they do not accept the prize or does not comply with any of the requirements placed in the present conditions, the Organization will proceed to contact the first substitute winner, applying the same procedure. If it is necessary, the same action will be made with the second substitute winner.
Once the prize is accepted, the winner must attend to the Store, Planification and Order Point or Shop IKEA of their islands of residence to pickup their prize on the date designated by the Organization. In the case of not being able to assign the prize to any of the substitute winners, the prize will become null.
Workers form the IKEA Spanish Islands or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest.

The personal data provided by the clients to participate in the present promotion will be added to a data file, owned by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A., domiciled. Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 whose purpose is providing you information about the products and services we offer at any of the companies of the IKEA group whose activities are related with the furniture and accessories sectors, food, financial products, insurances, telecommunications, delivery and assembly, and any other offer that might interest you, including, regarding said products, sending you commercial communications via email or any other equivalent medium (like SMS, postal mail) as well as through telephone calls. When you register and leave us your data, you expressly authorize us to send you said communications.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and oppositions regarding your personal data at any time, as well as revoking the given consent or oppose to the treatment of said data to send you commercial communications. Said communication must include name and surname, petition in which the request is specified, address regarding notifications, date, signature and photocopy of your ID or other valid document that identifies you.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS:
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said conditions, they will be remitted to common law. Conditions will be available during the period in which the promotions are valid at the IKEA SPANISH ISLANDS stores and the web www.islas.ikea.es.

This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.
In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
