The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A., though the IKEA Family magazine is performing a poll among their readers that awards their participation with the celebration of a giveaway under the following conditions:

The action dynamics will be communicated in the edition of IKEA Family magazine issue 130 (April-June 2026) that will be valid in printed and digital editions from 01/04/2026. The release of said magazine and the giveaway included will be communicated in different online channels, as well as on social media and/or webpage.

GIVEAWAY PARTICIPATION
To enter the giveaway, participants must fill in the poll and form placed in the webpage www.islas.ikea.es that they can access through the url or by scanning the QR code that will accompany the magazine’s communication both in its printed and digital versions.

PRIZE
1 IKEA purchase voucher valued in 300€, to use at the IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands stores and points or at the web www.islas.ikea.es, exclusively for the acquisition of furniture and accessories. The purchase voucher will be valid until 30/09/2026.
In the case the winner is part of the IKEA Family club or owners of a Ventajon card, an increase of 50€ will be added to the purchase voucher value, ascending to a total of 350€.
The purchase voucher is non-transferable and must be used in its totality by the clients at the stores and points IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands and/or at the web www.islas.ikea.es.
The purchase voucher amount cannot be used to compensate outstanding balances derived from purchases financed with credit cards, nor to pay for delivery or assembly services, nor exchanged by another voucher or its value in cash.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher. The client exempts the Organizers of any responsibility derived from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.
Using the purchase voucher will not generate, in any case, new purchase vouchers.
CHOOSING THE WINNERS
The giveaway will be performed La Mareta offices, Gran Canaria, through the web https://www.randompicker.com
Once the giveaway has been performed the winners will be announced via telephone, summoning them at the Store, Point or Shop IKEA of their island of residence, in a maximum period of a week to pick up their prize. If the period ends and they have not attended the store or Point IKEA, we will pass to the substitute winner. Being the prize null if none of them attend.
Workers linked to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present giveaway.
The giveaway winner can be published in several media: social media, web, as well as on the next issues of the IKEA Family magazine.
OTHER CONDITIONS
APPLIABLE LAW
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, if they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.

SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.

The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law.
