1. ORGNIZING ENTITY
The entity Ventajon S.A (CIF A35442904, social domicile: Autopista LPA - Gando Km.12, 35200 Telde, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria), hereafter “Ventajon”, organizes the giveaway “GRAN CANARIA Anniversary 2.000€” under the following terms and conditions.
2. GEORGAPHICAL SCOPE
The geographical scope of the giveaway is the island of Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain). The participation will be active, for each one of the four giveaways, during the following period and schedules (official Canary Islands time): Giveaway 1, from 00:00 of April 1st 2026 to 23:59 of April 5th 2026; Giveaway 2, from 00:00 of April 6th 2026 to 23:59 of April 12th 2026; Giveaway 3, from 00:00 of April 13th 2026 until 23:59 of April 19th 2026; Giveaway 4, from 00:00 of April 20th 2026 to 23:59 of April 26th 2026. Only participation made within the indicated times for each giveaway will be validated.
3. PURPOSE AND MECHANISM OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway is addressed exclusively to physical people, owners of these cards:

IKEA Family Santander Consumer Mastercard

IKEA Family Fidelity (issued by Ventajon)

IKEA for your business (issued by Ventajon)

Ventajon VISA (issued by Caixabank Payments & Consumer)

Ventajon Mastercard (issued by Pecunia Cards)
that make purchases in furniture and decoration during the period mentioned, only at the IKEA GRAN CANARIA store, its web islas.IKEA.es, its IKEA Inspire app or through Teleordering.
Each invoice paid and registered with any of the participant cards, with format “SA-GC-2026-xxxxxxxxxx”, will grant an independent participation to the giveaway corresponding to the period in which it was issued. There is not a maximum limit of participations per person or per day, therefore the same person can obtain as many participations as valid invoices they have generated in the same date. If one of said invoices is the winner, the prize will be the total amount for the purchases in furniture and decoration made by the winner at IKEA Gran Canaria during that same day, even when said purchases appear in several invoices, with a maximum limit of 2.000 euros.
Exclusions:
Are expressly excluded from the participation:

Workers or relatives up to first grade from Ventajon, IKEA or associated companies.

Minors of 18 years old.

Owners in situation of debt, fraud, cancelled card, or any irregular situation when the extraction is performed.

Accounts opened fraudulently or with inaccurate or deceptive data.

Any person that violates the present conditions.

4. PRIZE
The prizes consist in the refund of the total amount of purchases of furniture and decoration made by each winner at IKEA Gran Canaria during their corresponding day of participation, up to a maximum of 2.000 euros per prize.
Delivery modality:

If the purchase was paid with participant payment card: refund through “CASH BACK” to the associate account.

If the purchase was paid with an IKEA Family Fidelity or IKEA for your business card: refund through purchase voucher valid for IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands or www.islas.ikea.es. with a validity of 3 months and not exchangeable for money in cash.

In case the purchase payment has been made totally or partially with a purchase voucher, the equivalent prize will be delivered through purchase voucher.
Prizes are personal and non-transferable.
NOT included expenses:
Any expense derived from the services acquired not considered furniture and decoration, or that exceed the maximum amount of 2.000 euros per prize, will be responsibility of each winner.
Tax issues:
The prizes are subjected to the current Personal Income Tax (Law 35/2006 and its Regulation). Ventajon will make the corresponding withholding and, when applicable, will provide each winner the necessary tax certificate for their resolution.
5. MECHANISM OF DESIGNATING THE WINNERS AND SUBSTITUTES
When every participation period indicated in clause 2 has finished, Ventajon will perform a giveaway through the platform www.sortea2.com, with public extraction certificate, guaranteeing in every case their compliance with the personal data protection regulation.
In particular, four giveaways will be celebrated, one per each of the following periods and dates, according the official hour of Canary Islands:

Giveaway 1: between the participations made from April 1st and April 5th, 2026, both included. The extraction will be performed on April 20th 2026.

Giveaway 2: between the participations made from April 6th to April 12th 2026, both included. The extraction will be made on April 27th 2026.

Giveaway 3: between the participations made from April 13th to April 19th 2026, both included. The extraction will be made on May 4th 2026.

Giveaway 4: between the participations made from April 20th to April 26th 2026, both included. The extraction will be made on May 11th 2026.
The organization will contact each winner through the data provided in their participation in a maximum period of five (5) business days from the celebration date of the corresponding giveaway.
Every winner must expressly accept the prize and claim it in a period of five (5) business days from the communication made by the organization. If it is not possible to contact the winner, they renounce to it or there is lack of acceptance or claim of the prize in the period indicated, the corresponding prize will be assigned to the substitute. If they can neither be contacted, they renounce to the prize or does not accept or claim it in the same period, the prize can be declared null.
In the interest of transparency, the winning invoice number of each giveaway will be exclusively published at islas.ikea.es and www.IKEAFamily.net.
Any eventual publication of name, surnames or imagine of the winners must be ruled by the stated in clause 9 of the present conditions.
6. DELIVERING THE PRIZES
The organization will contact every winner through the data provided for the participation once every giveaway is made. The delivery of each prize will be performed through bank deposit or purchase voucher, according to the corresponding modality. The prize delivery could require the winner’s identity accreditation.
The acceptance of the prize by each winner will mean express renounce to the return of the products from the prize.
If it is not possible to contact the winner, they renounce to the prize or do not claim it within the period indicated by the organization, the prize might be declared null or delivered to the extracted substitute winner.
7. DISCLAIMER AND NULL PRIZE
Ventajon reserves the right to modify, cancel or cease the giveaway, totally or partially, due to justified causes that prevent its correct execution, as well as excluding fraudulent participations or that do not comply with the present terms and conditions.
In the case that the awarding or acceptance of the prizes cannot be performed for reasons not attributable to Ventajon, said prize can be declared null.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Responsible: VENTAJON, S.A.
Purpose: Manage the promotion, communicating with participants, delivering the prize and possible promotional actions related to the giveaway.
Legitimation: Executing the relation derived from giveaway participation, compliance with legal obligations and, when applicable, the consent for additional purposes.
Addressees:
International transfers: In case of using providers placed outside the European Economic Area, the right guarantees according the GDPR.
Preservation: Data will be preserved during the promotion validity period and the period legally required to assist possible liabilities.
Automatized decisions: No automatized decisions nor profile elaborations will be made.
Rights: Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, oppositions, limitation and portability, as well as revoking their access, contacting VENTAJON, S.A. (protecciondedatos@ventajon.com) or social domicile aforementioned. They can also present a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Board (www.aepd.es).

9. USE OF NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS
Using the image and identification data of the winner will require their previous and express consent, that will be gathered independently for the giveaway participation. Winners consent expressly the use and publication of their name, surname and image in media and official profiles of Ventajon, IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, uniquely and exclusively regarding to this giveaway and without the right for economic compensation.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS
Ventajon can modify these conditions or add annexes as long as they are duly justified, do not damage participants and are promptly communicated, being duly published in the same channels as these conditions.
Any attempt of fraudulent intervention in the promotion will result in the participant’s exclusion.
11. JURISDICTION AND APPLIABLE LAW
The present promotion is rule by current Spanish law. For the resolution of controversies, parties are submitted to the Courts and Tribunals domicile of the consumer participant, unless he expressly chooses another jurisdiction.
12. DEPOSIT AND CONDITIONS DISSEMINATION
These terms and conditions will be deposited and available publicly at the official webpage of Ventajon and, when applicable, will be understood the deposit obligations in registration/notarial act according to Canary automatic legislation if required. The eventual publication of the winner in media or social media that will be made according to data protection regulations and, when applicable, its previous corresponding consent. Winners can be published on IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands social media and other media.
