The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter, “IKEA”), with CIF A-35474832 and domicile in Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organizes the present giveaway named “Fill your FRAKTA”, that will be performed according to the following terms and conditions.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have Gran Canaria as its geographical scope.
PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST:
The purpose of the present promotion is celebrating the 45th Anniversary of IKEA Gran Canaria through a giveaway that will allow three winners to enjoy a special experience linked to the IKEA universe: filling a FRAKTA bag with IKEA products for a maximum time of two (2) minutes. The purpose of the action is to encourage store visits, incentivize purchases during the anniversary period and strengthen the bond with the local community.
VALIDITY PERIOD:
The giveaway will be valid from the 1st to the 19th of April 2026, both included.
PARTICIPANTS:
Individuals of legal age who make a purchase at the IKEA Gran Canaria store during the promotional period and complete the registration form available at the official IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands webpage or through the link/QR provided at the store, can participate in the present Promotion.
Workers from the organizing company or their direct relatives cannot participate, nor distribution companies or external collaborators.
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION:
To participate in the contest, the interested person must make a purchase at the IKEA Gran Canaria store from the 1st to the 19th of April 2026 and correctly fill the registration form associated to the giveaway. The giveaway will be held on the 20th of April 2026 at the offices of IKEA Gran Canaria through the platform www.randompicker.com, where three winners and three substitute winners will be selected. The organization will verify that the people selected comply with the requirements established in these terms and conditions before definitively confirming the awarding of the prize. In case of renunciation, impossibility to contact or non-compliance with the conditions, the prize will be assigned to the corresponding substitute. If it is not possible to award the prize to any of them, it will become null.
PRIZE:
The prize consists of allowing each one of the three winners to fill a FRAKTA bag with IKEA products during a maximum time of two minutes. The winner can choose freely between the available items at the store during the assigned time slot, as long as said items are completely inside the FRAKTA bag when the indicated time ends. It will not be allowed to use tools or external elements that modify the capacity or structure of the bag nor any kind of assistance that means advantage. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or for other goods or services.. The activity will be performed on the 24th of April during the period indicated by the organization. Not attending the event will mean automatic renunciation of the prize.
COMMUNICATING THE WINNERS:
Once the draw has been conducted the winners will be contacted by telephone and must attend the IKEA Gran Canaria store on the assigned date and time in order to participate in the prize activity. In case none of the winners can be located, the substitute will be contacted, being the prize null if none of them attend.
COMMUNICATING THE GIVEAWAY:
The promotion will be advertised through the official channels of IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands including the webpage, IKEA Inspire app, billboards and communication supports at the store, newsletters and QR codes linked to the registration form. Sarton Canarias S.A can extend or modify the communication channels when they consider it necessary.

TAXES:
The prizes of this giveaway are subject to the applicable tax legislation in force. Sarton Canarias SA will apply the corresponding tax withholding or deposit to account of the delivered prize and, in due course, will expedite the appropriate certification that facilitates the participant the compliance with their tax obligations having to add in their Personal Income Tax Return the performance regarding the received prize, along with the rest of incomes received, and the amount shown in the aforementioned payment on account certificate may be deducted from the total tax liability as having already been paid.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any means of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
GENERAL:
Any attempt of betting, or similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed or robotic registration is allowed. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. will not be held responsible for any error or omission in the contest advertisement.
RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
APPLICABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In the event of a case of extreme gravity SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS:
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law.
