The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (hereafter, “IKEA”), with CIF A-35474832 and domicile at Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organizes the giveaway named “Renovate your room with IKEA”, that will be performed according to the following terms and conditions.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have Gran Canaria as its geographical scope.
PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST:
The purpose of the contest is to celebrate the 45th Anniversary of IKEA Gran Canaria by performing a giveaway addressed to the clients who register through the form available during the promotional period.
The giveaway has the purpose of incentivizing client’s participation and strengthen their bond with the IKEA brand, offering as a prize the renovation of a room of their home, valued in a maximum at a maximum of 4.500 €, according to the conditions established in the present terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY:
To participate in the giveaway, users must complete the registration form provided on the webpage www.islas.ikea.es, that they can access through the provided URL or through the QR code included in the promotional communication in different physical and digital media.
VALIDITY PERIOD:
The action will be valid from the 1st of April 2026 to the 30th of April 2026, both included.
GIVEAWAY DATE:
4th of May 2026.
PARTICIPANTS:
In the present Promotion can participate all individuals, of legal age, that register correctly in the giveaway through the form provided in the web page www.islas.ikea.es during the promotional period, being their participation registered once the required data is completed and the terms and conditions accepted.
Workers of the organizing company or their direct relatives, as well as distribution companies or external collaborators cannot participate in the present contest.
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION:
All people who make a purchase of more than €70 during the promotion period complete the participation form provided in the webpage www.islas.ikea.es between the 1st and the 30th of April 2026 (both included), will participate in the giveaway.
Every registration made during the promotional period will generate one (1) participation in the giveaway, as long as the form has been filled correctly, the terms and conditions have been accepted and the valid invoice number of the corresponding purchase has been provided. Only one (1) participation per invoice number will be accepted.
The giveaway will be held on the 4th of May 2026 at the corresponding IKEA offices, through the platform www.randompicker.com, where one (1) person will be designated winner and one (1) person will be selected as substitute winner among all the registered valid participations.
Before definitively validating the winner, the organization will verify their compliance with the established requirements in these terms and conditions. In the case the winner does not comply with these conditions, cannot be located within the established terms or renounces the prize, it will be assigned to the substitute winner. If with them it is also not possible, the prize will become null.
PRIZE:
The prize of the present promotion consists in the renovation of a room through the delivery of IKEA products (furniture, decoration and lighting), valued at a maximum of four thousand five hundred euros (4.500€). The prize will include, also, delivery, assembly and decoration services, being their performance limited to the scope of Gran Canaria Island.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, not being possible its cession, sale or transmission to third parties, nor be exchanged for money in cash nor any other products or services different to the ones specified in the present terms and conditions.
IKEA reserves the right to modify the content of the prize in the case it is not possible to be delivered in the established period, committing to substitute them for a similar one or with similar features and equal economic value.
The prize delivery will be performed once the giveaway has been resolved, the winner validated and their compliance with the requirements established in these conditions have been verified. In the case the winner does not comply with the requirements, cannot be located, does not accept the prize in the established period o renounces to it, this will be assigned to the substitute winner, or failing that, will be declared null.
Enjoying the prize is subjected to current tax regulations, applying the deposits or withholdings corresponding to the appliable legislation.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING THE PRIZE:
Accepting the prize means conformity with the design proposal and the product range defined by IKEA.
Changes or returns of the items will not be admitted once the prize is accepted, except in case of manufacturing defect, in which case the general conditions of IKEA’s guarantees will be applied.
CHOOSING THE WINNERS:
The giveaway will be performed at the offices of La Mareta, Gran Canaria, through the webpage https://www.randompicker.com
As soon as the giveaway has been performed the winners will be announced via telephone, inviting them at the Store, Point or IKEA Shop of their island of residence, within a maximum period of one week to pick up their prize. If the period ends without them visiting their store or IKEA Point we will pass to the substitute winner. Being the prize null in the case that none of them attend.
In the present contest workers related to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate.
The giveaway winner will be advertised in several means: social media, web, as well as in the next issues of the IKEA Family magazine.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
APPLICABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In the event of a case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any means of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
