The present action will have as geographical scope the Canary and Balearic Islands.

PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY:
To enter the giveaway, participants must register just once in the form placed on the web www.islas.IKEA.es that they can access by scanning the QR code included in the “Scratch cards: IKEA FESTIVAL” tickets.
GIVEAWAY ACTIVATION DATE:
The giveaway will be active the 31st of January 2026. Deadline to fill the form until the 7th of February 2026.

PRIZE:
An IKEA purchase voucher valued in 300 euros valid until 28/02/2026, to use at the IKEA Canary Islands stores or points and in www.islas.IKEA.es in furniture and accessories. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss and subtraction of the purchase voucher and the client exempts the Organizers of any responsibility as a result from their acceptance or use of the Purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion. Using the purchase voucher never generates a purchase voucher.

CHOOSING THE WINNER:
The giveaway will be performed in the Gran Canaria offices through the web https://www.randompicker.com.
Once the giveaway is performed, we will contact the winners via telephone. A pickup date and time will be arranged at the corresponding IKEA store or point. If the delivery term arrives and the winner does not attend in a maximum period of one week, the giveaway will be resolved by assigning a substitute winner. The giveaway can become null if none of them attend.
Workers related to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest.

Sarton Canarias S.A. will treat the personal data of the participants according to the purposes derived from the promotion, like managing the giveaway and communications to participants and winners.

TAXES:
The prizes object of this giveaway are subjected to what has been stated in the current and appliable tax legislation. Sarton Canarias S.A. will perform the corresponding withholding and deposit to account over the delivered prize and, in due course, will expedite the correspondent certification that facilitates the participants their compliance with their tax liabilities when adding their Personal Income Tax related to the received prize, along with the rest of received incomes, and whose total share can be deduces as already deposited the quantity that appears in the mentioned bank deposit certification.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.

This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, if they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
