Icing: Stir 9 ounces icing sugar, 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon lemon juice/vinegar to a smooth, quite thick paste. Apply with a pastry bag (can be made out of parchment paper).

The name of the VINTERSAGA series consists of the two Swedish words ”vinter”, meaning winter, and” saga”, meaning fairy tale.
