Induction cooktops are extremely energy efficient, fast, and precise as induction technology transfers energy directly into magnetic cookware.
The induction zones transfer heat directly to the base of the pan and cool down quickly when the pan is removed. This gives you greater control over the temperature when you cook and also prevents food from burning to the pan and the cooktop surface.
The extractor hood automatically adjusts to the heating level on the cooktop – the higher the heat, the more powerful the extraction capacity.
