- 2 loaves GRÄDDAT
- Cold-cured smoked salmon SJÖRAPPORT
- Chickpea hummus
- Mixed lettuce, red cabbage, carrots and chives


Serves 2 10 minutes
STEP BY STEP
1. Add a layer of smoke to the GRÄDDAT bread.2. Add a layer of lettuce. Then add the cabbage and carrots cut into strips.
3. Add slices of salmon to taste.
4. Finish with some chopped chives.
