- When you place your order, you can choose the day and time slot when you'd like to pick it up.
- On the selected day, you'll receive an SMS to confirm your visit.
If you confirm your visit via SMS
- We'll prepare your order before you arrive so you can pick it up quickly and without waiting.
- Once you confirm, we'll reserve a spot for your order in our pickup area. That's why it's important that you come on the confirmed day.
- If you're ultimately unable to come on the confirmed day, we'll have to cancel the order.
If you do not confirm your visit via SMS
- Remember you have 3 days to pick up your purchase.
- When you arrive, let us know and we’ll prepare your order. In this case, you’ll need to wait while we prepare it and hand it to you.

IKEA 7 Palmas:
- From Monday to Saturday and opening holidays from 9:30 to 21:30 h.
- If you purchase before 16:00 h you can pick up your purchase the on Thursday.
- If you purchase after 16:00 h or on Sunday, you will have to pick it up after 2 days.
- We'll notify you by email and/or SMS when you can come to pick up your purchase.
To pick up your purchases, you must present your ID, the invoice (physical or digital) and the card used to pay the purchase. If it is another person who picks up the purchase and not the holder of the purchase, you must bring with you the written authorisation showing the full name and ID of the holder, as well as the full name and ID of the authorised person, as well as the aforementioned, i.e. ID, invoice (physical or in digital format) and the card with which the purchase was paid.
REMEMBER
Once we have notified you, you have 3 days to come and collect your purchase. After that time, we will be forced to cancel your order.
