The entity SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. (hereafter IKEA or SARTON CANARIAS, S.A.) launches a “SCRATCH CARD” among its clients, which will be carried out under the following terms and conditions.
PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION:
With the purpose of promoting the BLACK FRIDAY campaign, IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands launches a “SCRATCH CARD” action for its clients, where they will receive a “SCRATCH CARD” for purchases equal to or greater than €30.

The action will be announced at the IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands stores, shops and points on the 6th and 7th of November 2026. It will also be communicated on external channels and webpage www.islas.IKEA.es.

ACTION ACTIVATION DATES:
From the 6th to 7th of November 2026.
PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTION:
The clients that make purchases equal to or greater than €30, at the IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands stores, shops and pickup points from the 6th to the 7th of November 2026, may participate in this promotion.
To participate, a “scratch card” will be delivered randomly, by the personnel of IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands. At that moment, the client can scratch the card and discover their prize.
This promotion is not valid for purchases made at the web www.islas.IKEA.es, IKEA Inspire app nor through teleordering.
Workers linked to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present promotion.
PRIZES:
The SCRATCH card prizes are the following:

Four (4) IKEA purchase vouchers (one per market) valued at 250 euros valid until the 30th of November 2026, to use at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands Stores or Points and www.islas.IKEA.es in furniture and accessories.

Forty (40) IKEA purchase vouchers valued at 20 euros (ten per market) valid until the 30th of November 2026 to use at the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands Stores or Points and at www.islas.IKEA.es in furniture and accessories.
- One hundred (100) IKEA surprise items distributed as follows: 25 units of the item 30530951 for the market of Gran Canaria, 25 units of the item 10546910 for the market of Mallorca, 25 units of the item 80598646 for the market of Tenerife and 25 units of the item 40625798 for the market of Lanzarote.
- Fifty-two (52) invitations to a hot dog + soft drink distributed as follows: 12 for Gran Canaria, 12 for Lanzarote, 16 for Tenerife and 12 for Mallorca. Valid on the 6th and 7th of November 2026 to use at the IKEA stores.

The prize for the IKEA La Palma Points, IKEA Ibiza, IKEA Menorca and IKEA Tenerife Sur may depend on the availability of certain products in the IKEA FOOD assortment.
A total of 2350 SCRATCH cards will be distributed for the activity as follows:
- 500 for the IKEA Gran Canaria store
- 100 for IKEA shop 7 Palmas
- 600 for the IKEA Tenerife store
- 650 for the IKEA Mallorca store
- 200 for the IKEA Lanzarote store
- 100 for the IKEA shop Tenerife Sur store
- 100 for the IKEA shop Fuerteventura store
- 35 for the IKEA Menorca Pickup Point
- 35 for the IKEA Ibiza Pickup Point
- 30 for the IKEA La Palma Pickup Point
Once the cards run out, the action will be concluded.
Organisers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase voucher, and the client releases the Organisers from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in this Promotion.
Using a purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
PURCHASE VOUCHER CONDITION AND PREVENTION OF ABUSIVE USE:
The 250 euros and 20 euros purchase vouchers delivered as a prize will be subject to conditions of use established by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. and must be used within the validity period indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that purchase vouchers are used to make a purchase that is subsequently subject to a total or partial return, annulment, or cancellation, the amount of the applied voucher may be rendered void, to the extent corresponding to the amount of the purchase actually returned or cancelled, without prejudice to the rights corresponding to the consumer in accordance with applicable legislation. Where vouchers have been used, totally or partially, for a purchase that is subsequently returned or cancelled, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. may claim the amount corresponding to the promotional benefit improperly obtained or offset it against the appropriate amounts, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Likewise, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to adopt such measures as may be proportionate and legally appropriate when fraudulent actions or abusive use of the promotion are detected, especially when there is a repeated pattern of purchase and return transactions aimed at obtaining a promotional benefit unrelated to the purpose of the prize. These actions may lead, where appropriate, to the exclusion of the participant from the promotion or to the adoption of the measures legally provided for.

The primary purpose of the processing will be to manage, develop, and execute the action, including verifying compliance with participation requirements, managing incidents, delivering the prize, documenting said delivery, and complying with any legal, tax, or administrative obligations that may arise from the action.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the relationship arising from voluntary participation in the action and acceptance of these Conditions. Data may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations applicable to SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. or to address any potential liabilities arising from the action. Where a specific processing activity requires consent, such as sending commercial communications or using the winner’s name or image for promotional purposes, such consent will be requested separately, specifically, and voluntarily.
Personal data may be processed by service providers providing services necessary for the management of the promotion, acting as data processors. Personal data may also be disclosed to Public Authorities, competent authorities, courts, tribunals or other third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so or where such disclosure is necessary for the proper management, substantiation, or delivery of the prize.
Participation in the action does not constitute consent to receive commercial communications. Only where the participant has previously provided their express consent by means of a separate, voluntary and unticked checkbox may their data be processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications, offers, promotions, discounts and information relating to products and services marketed by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. The winner’s full personal data will not be published without their prior, express, specific, informed and voluntary consent. If, for transparency purposes, it is necessary to communicate the outcome of the giveaway, preference will be given to the use of minimised data, such as the first name, initials or entry code, avoiding the publication of full surnames, identification document details, email address, telephone number or any other data that would allow for excessive identification.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS:
Mere participation in the action constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies regarding their interpretation, reference shall be made to the applicable general law. These terms and conditions will be available throughout the period during which the promotions are in force at IKEA SPANISH ISLANDS stores and, on the website, www.islas.ikea.es.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
APPLICABLE LAW:
This action is governed by the laws in force in Spain and by these Legal Terms and Conditions. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation, implementation or conduct of this promotion shall be subject to applicable Spanish law and to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the consumer and user protection regulations applicable in each case.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to amend these Conditions and, where applicable, to incorporate annexes thereto, provided that there is justified cause and such modifications do not unjustifiably prejudice the rights of participants. Any modifications or annexes will be duly communicated to participants through the same means used to publicise the promotion or through other means that ensure that participants are adequately informed.
Furthermore, where circumstances of force majeure, unforeseeable events or any other exceptional circumstances arise that prevent or significantly hinder the holding or conduct of the promotion under the terms originally established, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. may suspend, amend or, where applicable, cancel the promotion, duly informing participants and, where appropriate, adopting the necessary measures to safeguard their rights.
USE OF NAME AND IMAGE:
Participation in this action does not imply or constitute consent to the use of participants’ image, voice or name for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes.
In accordance with Article 2.2 of Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Own Image, as well as Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), any use of the winner’s image or name shall require prior, express, specific, informed, freely given and unequivocal consent.
Accordingly, only if a participant is selected as a winner may SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. request, separately and independently from participation in the action, an authorisation to use, publish and reproduce their name and/or image in any type of advertising, promotional material or publication, including on the Internet or through other media, provided that such activities relate exclusively to this action.
In particular, if SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. intends to publish or disseminate the identity of the winners, it must first obtain the winner’s express, specific and voluntary consent at the time of acceptance or delivery of the prize, through a procedure independent of the acceptance of these Conditions.
Providing such consent shall be entirely voluntary. Refusal to provide consent or its subsequent withdrawal shall under no circumstances affect the winner’s status or their right to receive and enjoy the prize awarded.
If the winner gives their consent, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. will use their name and/or image solely for the purposes expressly authorised, for the period necessary to publicise the promotion and within the geographical scope and through the communication channels specifically indicated at the time such consent is obtained.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the authorised use of the winner’s name and/or image in connection with this promotion shall not give rise to any right to financial compensation.
EXCLUSION RIGHT DUE TO FRAUD OR NON-COMPLIANCE:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to exclude from the present action those people who do not comply with these Conditions or who engage in any fraudulent, manipulated, or non-compliant action that alters or interferes with the normal development of the action.
Furthermore, SARTON CANARIAS S.A. may invalidate any SCRATCH card for which there are reasonable indications of tampering, alteration, or any other fraudulent activity that could affect the mechanics or normal development of the action.
Exclusion or invalidation will be conducted on justified grounds and, where applicable, will entail the loss of the right to obtain or redeem the corresponding prize.
