What is solid wood?
Solid wood is one of our favorite materials and is part of our Scandinavian heritage. It is also a timeless material with many uses. Regardless of the wood species, it is durable, beautiful, renewable and recyclable. We strive to use this raw material as smartly and efficiently as possible to avoid waste – and we also invest in facilities and logistics so that we can increase the use of recycled wood. This way, every tree is put to good use that little extra.

“For us, there’s nothing better than being out in a forest – so much inspiration lies in the living room of animals. We’re all also dependent on it, so we must show respect. That’s why we decided to create a forest for children with this message. A colorful fantasy world where all animals love each other and play together. We hope children will like them and play with and sleep close to the figures. Maybe they’ll also awaken curiosity and interest about the future of our forests?”
Toys for small children
It varies when a child starts walking, but a toddler walker provides good support those first times when their legs are still slightly unsteady. In the second year, many children run around, climb, play hide-and-seek, throw and roll things. Whatever they do, play develops their fine and gross motor skills, logical thinking and imagination in different ways.
