The entity Ventajon S.A. with CRN A-35442904 and domicile in highway Las Palmas Gando KM12 - 35219 Telde (hereafter, “VENTAJON”), along with Sarton Canarias S.A (“IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands”) with CRN A-35474832 and domicile in Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organize the following promotion, subjected to the present terms and conditions, adapted in accordance with current Spanish and regional legislation, including the personal data protection regulation.
1. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The promotion will have Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, as geographical scope.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION:
Contest, at no additional cost or compensation for the participant beyond the purchase itself, of ONE (1) purchase voucher for the amount of 150€ to exchange at IKEA, among all valid purchases made in furniture and decoration (except delivery, installation and assembling services) with the cards IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business and Ventajon (Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard), in IKEA Fuerteventura, web (www.islas.ikea.es), app IKEA and teleordering.
3. DURATION:
The promotion will be active during the 28th of August 2026. Only the purchases registered during said period will generate participation, in accordance with the accreditation criterion established in the section 6.1 c). The contest celebration and designation of the winner will take place on the 7th of September 2026, in accordance with what has been stated in section 6.
3.1. PARTICIPANTS:
Natural persons over 18 years old that own/are members of any of the card or programs indicated in point 2 (IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business, Ventajon Visa and Ventajon Mastercard) and make purchases, during the activation period of the contest, can participate in the present promotion, with at least one valid purchase with said card or program. In the case that owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal entities, the participation will be performed through the duly authorized individual representative or proxy, being the participant and, where applicable, the beneficiary of the prize for the purposes of these terms and conditions. Workers from IKEA Spanish Islands or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest. People that do not meet the requirements indicated previously or that provide non-authorized data from third parties are also excluded. Participating in the contest means the full acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
4. MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST:

Every valid purchase made by a participant with IKEA Family, IKEA Family Mastercard, IKEA for your business or Ventajon (Visa/Mastercard), during the activation period indicated in section 3, will generate one (1) participation in the contest, without any need for registration, forms, or any additional action on the customer's part.

The same participant can accumulate as many participations as valid purchases are made during the contest activation period, corresponding to one participation for each independently registered purchase transaction (not based on the purchase amount).

A minimum purchase amount is not required to generate a participation, without prejudice to any minimum transaction amounts that may generally apply in the establishment or channel used.

Just one (1) prize will be accepted per winner, regardless of the number of participations they might have generated.
5. CHARACTERISTIC OF THE PRIZE:
The prize consists of ONE (1) SINGLE IKEA purchase voucher for the value of 150€ (one hundred and fifty euros) valid until the 7th of October 2026, to use at the IKEA Canarias Stores and Points and at www.islas.ikea.es in furniture and accessories.
The Organizers are not liable in case of loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher, and the client exempts the Organizers of any responsibility derived from their acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or their participation in the contest.
The prize cannot be exchanged by its amount in cash, nor for any other product, service, or benefit other than that indicated, nor may it be assigned or transferred to third parties. Using the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
Note: All expenses, withholdings, taxes, statements, or non-specified taxes related to enjoying the prize shall be at the customer's expense, without prejudice to the provisions of section 8 regarding taxation.
6. CONTEST CELEBRATION AND DESGINATION OF THE WINNER:

Once the participation period indicated in section 3 has ended, a random selection will be made on the 7th of September 2026, at the IKEA La Mareta offices (Gran Canaria), through the Random Picker platform (https://www.randompicker.com), from all valid participations received.

Said selection via randompicker will designate one (1) winner and two (2) substitute winners, by order of extraction, ensuring the system used guarantees the equal probability of all validly generated participations.

After performing the selection of the winner, the Organization will contact via telephone the winner using the data provided during their participation. Three contact attempts will be made on different days and time slots, during a period of maximum five (5) calendar days from the date of the contest. The prize will be understood as accepted at the moment effective contact is established with the winner and they confirm their acceptance.

In case of not being able to contact the winner within the established period, if they renounce to the prize or do not comply with any of the requirements gathered on these conditions, the Organization will proceed to contact the first substitute winner, applying the same procedure. If it is necessary, we will proceed in the same manner with the second substitute.

Once the prize is accepted, the winner must visit the Store, Plan and order point or Shop IKEA of their island of residence to pick it up, on the date assigned by the Organization. In the event that it cannot be awarded to any of the substitute winners, the prize will become null, without the right to any compensation for the participants.

The name and, when appropriate, the initials of the winner might be communicated through the contest usual channels (social media, store or similar), exclusively for transparency purposes, under the terms set forth in section 7.
6.1 SPECIAL RULES OF THE CONTEST:
a) Items included: Only purchases in the furniture and decoration category will be eligible to enter the contest, expressly excluding delivery, installation, and assembly services, as it is indicated in point 2. The items that, due to internal regulation or trade agreement, are expressly out of the promotion’ scope will also be excluded. In case of doubt about the item inclusion, the clients can check at checkout or at customer service in the establishment.
b) Returns and cancellations: In the event of total and partial return from the purchase that has generated a participation, said participation shall be void for all purposes. If the return is performed after the contest celebration and the cancelled participation is the winner, the organizing entity reserves the right to cancel the designation and offer the prize to the first substitute, except if the prize has already been delivered, in which case provisions regarding breach and fraud set out in section 9 shall apply.
c) Accreditation and validity period: For the purpose of the present contest, every purchase registered in the system between the 00:00 h of the 28th of August 2026 and the 23:59 h of the same day (local time) will be considered valid and generate participation. This criterion is appliable both to purchases made in a physical establishment as well as through the web, app or teleordering. In these last channels, the accreditation will be made through the registration of the transaction in the system linked to the card or program of the participant. The client must make sure that the purchase is registered under the owners of the promoting card. In case of incidence, they must keep the payment invoice and/or order confirmation as valid proof.
d) Delivery of the prize: Once the prize is accepted by the winner in the conditions of section 6, the delivery of the purchase voucher will be made through pick up at the Store, Plan and Order point or Shop IKEA of the winner’s island of residence, on the date assigned by the Organization, and in any event, within the maximum legal timeframe applicable under current state and/or regional regulations regarding contests, random combinations, and promotional prizes. If the applicable regulations establish a maximum period shorter than the one provided for in these legal terms and conditions, such legal period shall take precedence and apply automatically, prevailing over any provision contained on these conditions.
e) Failure to locate or declining the prize: If once the winner and the two substitute winners in accordance with section 6, it is not possible to deliver the prize, this might become null, without it resulting in any compensation in favor of the participants.
f) Technical issues and system error: In the event of a technical issue in the purchase registration system (app or web is down, error linking the card, loss of transaction data or other similar issues) that prevents the correct registration and/or deposit of the incentive, the affected owner must keep the payment invoice and/or order confirmation and communicate it to the customer service in a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date. The organizing entity will evaluate the incidence and, in case of crediting the valid purchase according to the contest requirements, they will proceed to regularize the corresponding participation, provided that this is possible before the holding of the contest. The organizing entity will not be responsible for technical issues outside the system that are attributable to the device, connectivity or service provider of the participant.

Who is liable of processing your data?
Ventajon S.A and Sarton Canarias S.A have entered into a joint controllership agreement setting out their respective responsibilities for compliance with data protection obligations, especially those related to handling of rights, the duty to inform, and the management of promotion. Interested parties can request information about essential aspects of said agreement through lopd@ikeasi.com.
For what purpose do we process your data?

Assign, contact and communicate with the winner, and deliver the prize (exercising contractual relationship).

Publish the name and/or initials of the winner for the sake of contest transparency (legitimate interest of the organizer), the data subject may object to this specific processing at any time.

Send commercial, promotional or advertising communication related with products and services like the ones previously hired or requested by the interested party, or through email, SMS or other equivalent electronic communication media, provided that their free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent has been previously obtained, in accordance with the stated in article 21 of the LSSICE.
The interested party can revoke their given consent at any moment and exercise their right of opposition to the processing of their data for commercial purposes, in a free and simple way, through the provided mechanisms for that matter in each one of the delivered communications (for example, through a unsubscribe link included in them) or sending a express request to the email address lopd@ikeasi.com.
How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be preserved while the promotions management and legal periods to assist any responsibilities might last. Later, they will be suppressed or blocked according to the regulation.
What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
The terms and conditions for the processing is the exercise of the contractual relationship to manage the contest and, in that case, the legitimate interest of the organizer and/or their consent for sending commercial information and publishing the name of the winner.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
No transfers to third parties are foreseen, except under legal obligation. The providers that provide services for the managing of the promotion can access to your data, acting as contracted data processors, where appropriate, the regional body competent for the regulation of gambling for the purposes of complying with the obligations set out in section 10.
International transfers:
No international transfers are foreseen. If necessary, at any time they will be carried out in accordance with the GDPR requirements, and you will be informed in advance.
Which are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation, portability, and removal of consent, addressing your request to lopd@ikeasi.com or via postal mail to the domicile indicated in section 9. In addition, you can file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency. (www.aepd.es).
What happens if you don’t provide your data?
The participation in this contest requires the processing of your personal data. If you do not provide the requested data, you cannot participate nor receive the corresponding prize.
Who can participate?
Only natural persons over 18 years old can participate in this promotion. In the case that owners of the IKEA for your business card are legal entities (societies, communities of goods or other entities, the participation will be performed through the duly authorized individual representative or proxy, them being the interested party regarding GDPR. The data of the legal entity is not considered personal data for the purpose of GDPR, without prejudice to the protection applicable to the data of related physical persons. If data from minors is detected, said data will be eliminated immediately.
Use of name and image:
With independence of the communication of the name and initial previously indicated, the Organization can request the winner a specific authorization, voluntary and independent to the prize acceptance, to use their image on communication materials related exclusively related to the present contest. The winner can oppose to said use without prejudice to their right to receive the prize.

8. PRIZE TAXATION:
In accordance with Article 101.7 of Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and its implementing regulations (IRPF Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 439/2007), prizes derived from participation in games, contests, raffles, or random combinations linked to the sale or promotion of goods or services are subject to withholding or payment on account when their value exceeds 300 euros. Since the value of the prize object of the present conditions (150€) does not exceed said threshold, the organizing entity will not proceed with the practice of withholding or payment to account, without prejudice to the obligation of the winner to declare the prize, if applicable, in accordance with the tax regulations that apply to them.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The very participation in the promotion means the complete acceptance of the present conditions.

Modification and/or annexes:
The Organizers reserve the right to make modifications or add subsequent annexes about the mechanics and prize of the contest, if they are justified or do not prejudice the participants and is communicated properly. In the event of an extremely grave cause, the Organizers may cancel the contest, communicating this to the consumers in the same manner.
Non-compliance/Fraud:
The non-compliance with the present conditions or committing fraud will mean the immediate exclusion of the participant and cancelling all the acquired benefits, without rights to any compensation. For the purpose of the present condition, the following will be considered fraudulent conduct, among others: (i) using card that do not belong to the participant or which use is not authorized; (ii) making fictional, simulated purchases or purchases with the purpose of obtaining the incentive without real intention of acquisition; (iii) manipulation or altering the transaction data; (iv) receiving the incentive through subsequent return to the purchase that generated it with the purpose of obtained an unjustified benefit; and (v) any other conduct that, in the opinion of the organizing entity, constitutes an abusive or fraudulent use of the promotion. Detecting potential frauds can be performed through an analysis of purchase and returns patterns, verifying the ownership of cards and cross-referring data with internal management systems. In any case, the participant’s right to make complaints before the final resolution will be respected, without prejudice of the applicable personal data protection regulation.
10. GAMBLING REGULATIONS AND COMMUNICATION WITH COMPETENT AUTHORITIES:
The present contest is considered a random combination for promotional purposes, insofar as participation does not require participants to make any financial outlay in addition to that associated with the purchase of good or services covered by the promotion. Consequently, and without prejudice to the competence of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands in matters relating to the regulation of gambling (Law 6/1999 of 26 March of Gambling and Betting in the Canary Islands, and its implementing regulations), the organizing entity shall comply with all communication and filing obligations concerning these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the provision of a bond, as may be required by the competent regional authority responsible for gambling regulations prior to the holding of the promotion.
The organizing entity shall retain the documentation evidencing the promotion (the list of valid participations, the record of random selection carried out using Random Picker, and the record appointing the winner and the substitute winners) for the period legally required and shall make such documentation available to the competent authorities and to participants who so request.
11. APPLICABLE LAW:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumer and Users (TRLGDCU), Law 13/2011 of 27 of May on the regulation of gambling, Law 6/1999 of 26 March on Gambling and Betting in the Canary Islands, Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax and its implementing regulations, local consumer protection legislation, and any other applicable legal provisions.
Any dispute that may arise shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals having jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to their own domicile.
