OBJECT OF THE PROMOTION:
With the purpose of promoting the campaign “IKEA FESTIVAL”, IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands performs a “SCRATCH CARD” GIVEAWAY among its clients, by which they will obtain a “Scratch card” for purchases equal or over 30€.

The contest will be communicated in the stores, shops and points of IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands on the 25th of July 2026. It will also be communicated on external channels and on the webpage www.islas.IKEA.es.

PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION:
To participate in the promotion, clients that make purchases equal to or over 30€ at the stores, shops and pick up points of IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands on the 25th of July 2026.
To participate, a “scratch card” will be randomly delivered by the IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands personnel. At that moment, the clients can discover their prize by scratching the card.
This promotion is not valid for purchases made on the website islas.IKEA.es, IKEA Inspire app or through teleordering.
People that work in association to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest.
PROMOTION ACTIVATION DATE:
The promotion will be active on the 25th of July 2026. The deadline to exchange the awarded cards will be the 1st of August 2026.
PRIZES:
The prize of the SCRATCH cards are the following:

Four (4) IKEA purchase vouchers (one per store) valued in 250 euros valid until the 31st of August to use at the Store or Points IKEA Canary Islands and at www.islas.IKEA.es in furniture and accessories.

Forty (40) IKEA purchase vouchers valued in 20 euros (ten per store) valid until the 31st of August 2026 to use at the Store or Points IKEA Canary Islands and at www.islas.IKEA.es in furniture and accessories.

One hundred (100) surprise items consisting of IKEA merchandising (twenty-five per store).

Fifty-two (52) invitations to a hotdog and a soda distributed in: 12 for Gran Canaria, 12 for Lanzarote, 16 for Tenerife and 12 for Mallorca. Valid during the 25th of July 2026 to use at the IKEA stores or points.

The prize for the IKEA Points La Palma, Ibiza and Menorca can depend on the availability of certain products from the IKEA Food range.

Once the cards run out the event will be finalized.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher and the clients exempts the Organizers of any responsibility because of their acceptance or use of the Purchase voucher or their participation in the Promotion.
Using the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.

The personal data provided by the clients in order to participate in the present promotion will be added in a data file, owned by SARTON CANARIAS S.A., domiciled Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 whose purpose in providing information about the products and services of any of the companies from the IKEA group whose activities are related with the furniture and decoration sectors, food, financial products, insurances, telecommunications, delivery and assembly, and any other offer that might interest them, including, regarding said products, sending commercial communications via email or by any other medium (SMS, postal mail) as well as performing telephone calls. When you register and provide your personal data, you expressly authorize us to send you said communications.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition at any time, regarding your personal data, as well as revoking the given consent or oppose to the treatment of said data to send commercial communications. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS:
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law. Conditions are available during the period in which the promotions are available in the IKEA SPANISH ISLANDS stores and the web www.islas.ikea.es.
Workers linked to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest.

APPLICABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, if they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are properly communicated.
In case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limitation, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the proper functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
