The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. (henceforth, “IKEA”), with CIF A-35474832 and domicile Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 – Telde, organizes the present giveaway named Fika Magazine, that will be perform according to the following terms and conditions.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope.
VALIDITY PERIOD
The giveaway will be valid from the 1st of January to the 15th of March 2026, both included.
PARTICIPANTS
Physical people over 18 years old. that properly fill in the form available at the official IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands webpage or through the QR provided in the Fika Magazine, can participate in the giveaway. Workers from the organizing company or their direct relatives cannot participate, as well as distribution companies or external collaborators.
MECHANICS
To enter the giveaway, participants must fill in the form on the website www.islas.ikea.es that they can access through the URL or scanning the QR code that will accompany the magazine communication, both on the printed and digital version.
Once the giveaway is performed, the winner will be contacted via telephone or email.
The giveaway will be celebrated on March 16th 2026 at the IKEA Gran Canaria offices the platform www.randompicker.com, where the winner and substitute winner will be selected. The organization will verify that the person selected meets all the requirements established in these terms and conditions before confirming definitively the awarding. In case of renounce, impossibility to contact or non-compliance with the conditions, the prize will be assigned to the corresponding substitute winner. If the awarding is not possible for neither of them, it will be null.
PRIZE
The prize consists in one (1) purchase voucher to use in food products of the Swedish Food Market, valued in 100€, for the winner. The voucher will be valid until 30/04/2026, to use in IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands Stores or Points.
The purchase voucher is non-transferable and has to be used by the client in its totality in the IKEA Balearic or Canary Islands stores and points.
The purchase voucher amount cannot be used to compensate outstanding balance for purchases financed with credit cards, to pay for delivery or assembly services nor it will be exchangeable for another voucher or its value in cash.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or subtraction of the purchase voucher and the clients exempts the Organizers of any responsibility because of their acceptance or use of the Purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.
Using the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
COMMUNICATING THE WINNER
As soon as the giveaway has been performed, the winner will be announced via telephone, needing to attend their nearest IKEA Canary or Balearic Islands store or point at the assigned date and time. If it is not possible to locate the winner, we will contact the substitute winner, being the prize null is none of them attend.
GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATION
It will be announced through the official IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands channels, including the Fika Magazine, webpage, IKEA Inspire app, social media, signs and store communication support, newsletters and QR codes linked to the registration form. Sarton Canarias S.A. can extend or modify the communication channels when they consider it appropriate.

The prizes object of this giveaway will be subjected to what has been stated by the applicable tax legislation. Sarton Canarias SA will practice the corresponding withholding and deposit to account over the delivered prize and, in due course, will issue the timely certification that facilitates the participant their compliance with tax liabilities when adding to their income tax return the performance linked to the received prize, along with the rest of incomes received, and whose total share can be deduced as already deposited the quantity that appears in the mentioned deposited to account certification.
USE OF NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS
Participants, in case of winning and accepting the prize, give automatic consent when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limitations, by SARTON CANARIAS S.A., their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, publication, including internet or any other mean of similar nature, with commercial or informative purpose as long as these are related only with the present promotion, without the need of economical compensation to the participant by SARTON CANARIAS S.A. due to this fact.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any attempt of betting or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar registration is allowed. SARTON CANARIAS will not be responsible for any error or omission in the giveaway advertisement.
RIGHT OF ELIMINATION OF FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS

APPLIABLE LAW
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between the both of them.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.

In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law.
