The entity SARTON, S.A. (hereafter, IKEA) summons the present contest named “Letters to Santa Claus in the Christmas Mailbox” that is organized and will be performed according to the following terms and conditions.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
Balearic and Canary Islands.
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
The contest has a main purpose inviting children up to 10 years old to visit IKEA stores to participate in a Christmas activity full a magic and tradition.
Through this contest, IKEA is looking to foster hope in the little ones, encouraging them to write and deliver in the Christmas Mailbox their letters addressed to Santa Claus, where they can share their wishes and dreams for this special time of the year.
This contest is framed in IKEA’s activities to celebrate Christmas and is looking to offer families an unforgettable experience at our stores, strengthening Christmas spirit and the value in sharing significative moment with our loved ones.
2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The present action will have the Balearic and Canary Islands as geographical scope.
3. GIVEAWAY ACTIVATION DATE
The giveaway will be active from the 1st to the 24th of December 2025.
4. GIVEAWAY RESOLUTION DATE
30th of December 2025.
5. PRIZE
A set of children products will be given away that will include products from the SANDLÖPARE collection and children products subject to availability valued in 100 euros in each one of the following stores, points and shops.
· 1 Winner at the IKEA Gran Canaria store (includes participations from the stores IKEA Gran Canaria and IKEA shop 7 Palmas).
· 1 Winner at the IKEA Tenerife store (includes participations at the IKEA Tenerife store, IKEA La Palma store and IKEA Shop Tenerife Sur).
· 1 Winner at the IKEA Lanzarote store
· 1 Winner at the IKEA Shop Fuerteventura
· 1 Winner at the IKEA Mallorca store (includes participation at the IKEA Mallorca store, IKEA Ibiza point and IKEA Menorca point).
6. GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATION
The contest will be communicated on billboards at the associated stores, shops and points IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands at the Santa Claus Christmas Mailbox active at the stores and shops from the 1st to the 24th of December 2025. It will also be communicated on social media and web www.islas.IKEA.es.

8. DYNAMIC OF THE GIVEAWAY
We encourage all children to write a letter to Santa Claus with their Christmas wishes and to deliver their letters in our Christmas Mailboxes, available at the stores, points and shops IKEA at the Balearic and Canary Islands.
The special letters for this action can be found at all the stores, points and shops IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, as well as in the IKEA Family magazine nº128 edition.
9. MECHANISM OF THE GIVEAWAY
Once the letters of each participant are delivered at the IKEA stores within the geographical scope of the contest, a random selection of two letters per store will be made: one as winner and the other one as substitute winner.
Therefore, at each store two letters will be selected in total, being the first one the official winner and the second one de substitute winner. The substitute letter will be awarded in the case that the official winner renounces to the prize or if they cannot be located. The awarded participant cannot be in any case winner and substitute winner simultaneously.
10. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate in this contest, the following requirements must be met:
· The participant must be 10 years old or less when presenting their letter to the contest.
· The letters must be filled in correctly on the official templates provided at the stores, points and shops IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands, designed specifically for this contest.
· The participant must have the express authorization of their mother, father or legal guardian to participate in the contest. In this sense, the acceptance of all the terms and conditions established in these conditions is required, committing also to comply with them.
· IKEA and the organization personnel reserve the right to request the mother, father or legal guardian their identity accreditation at any moment.
· The mother, father or legal guardian certifies and guarantees, under their exclusive responsibility, that the minor can participate in the contest and meets all the participation requirement here indicated.
· In terms of these conditions, it will be understood that all references made to the “participant” refer to the authorized minor. Besides, it is task of the mother, father or legal guardian to present the creativity along with the form that will be provided.
11. PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
· Presenting multiple letters by the same participant during the contest validity period will not increase in any case the probability of being selected winner.
· IKEA Employees’ relatives are expressly excluded from participating in this promotion. Any participation presented that corresponds to an IKEA relative will be eliminated as soon as this condition is identified.
· Only the letters that have been completed on the official templates provided for this contest by IKEA Balearic and Canary Islands will be considered valid.
· Any other letter that does not comply with this requirement will be automatically eliminated from the contest.
12. ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS
From the 30th of December 2025 to the 5th of January 2026 the father, mother or legal guardian of the winner minors will be contacted via telephone, being summoned to attend the store, point or shop IKEA of their islands of residence, to pick up their prize. If the period to pick up the prize ends and they have not attended the stores or point IKEA, the substitute winner will be contacted. Being the prize null in the case that none of them attend.
The result of the giveaway will be advertised on several media: social media, web, as well as in the next IKEA Family magazine editions.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITONS
Participating in this contest means accepting all the terms and conditions present in these conditions.

Personal data provided by the clients to participate in the present promotion will be added to a data file, owned by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A., domiciled. Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta 35212 whose purpose is providing you information about the products and services we offer in any of the companies of the IKEA group whose activities are related with the furniture and decoration markets, food, financial products, insurances, telecommunications, delivery and assembly, and any other offer that might interest you, including, regarding said products, sending you commercial communication via email or any other equivalent communication media (like SMS, postal mail) as well as through telephone calls. When you register and leave us your data, you authorize us expressly to send you said communications.
You can exercise at any moment your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data, as well as revoking your given consent or oppose to the treatment of said data to send you commercial communications. 16. APPLIABLE LAW
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
17. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.
In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
18. USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
19. RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS
SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
20. GENERAL
Any attempt of betting, or similar methods are forbidden. No automatic, programmed or robotic registration is allowed. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. will not be held responsible for any error or omission in the contest advertisement.
21. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law.
